Have to say. Went into the dealership . And our sales men knew so much about the cars He made it easy and hassle free to buy a car. If we ever want a second car,we knew just who to ask for.

Stop in this afternoon, and there were 5 ppl waiting. Found out they were all Uber drivers. I want to make arrangements to rent a vehicle in April. After waiting on the stuff for a good 15 minutes, I told the lady I was not here for Uber but a real customer. They were 2 worried about getting the Uber drivers out, then taking my request. I walked out. I will go to enterprise. Horrible customer service

Reserved a tesla rental for Uber and 2 times in a row I call to confirm they have one and they never do. And they never pick up the phones. This place needs to be shut down. Will Deal with AVIS for now on.

Rented from here a couple of times and the employees are always happy and friendly. Not the best selection of cars but I guess that can vary based on the visit.

I have rented from here quite a few times. Mixed experiences, more poor or average than good. Unlike good locations, they never tell you what vehicles they have. Mumble btw themselves and give the car.Last experience was interesting, lady brought the car, it was running so drove home. Realized FoB was not working. Call center told me to goto nearest auto zone and pay 200 bucks, or go airport to change the car. Luckily it was battery, so changed the FoB battery myself.Had asked the lady for plate pass or how to I pay for toll charges see said go to toll by plate and pay it. I still have no idea how to do that, their Hertz website says use plate pass.Returned the car to the same lady next day, told her about the FoB situation and checked if they could reimburse for the battery, she told me the process is inconvenient for a 5 dollar so left at that.

I used this location (which is a hour away from my home) to rent from so i can do Uber. (i always rent comfort size vehicles) the first car i received was very dirty inside and out, i asked if they can at least clean the inside and I'll handle the outside later just so i can get going, when they came back with the car the inside was still very dirty. i had that car for a week and had to bring it back because they sold it, so i traveled a hour back to them to swap cars (understandable ??♂️) the second car i received was seemingly small with little leg room for me and passengers (not up to par for what i paid for) on top of that i found out that the info that was uploaded to my account was incorrect and i got flagged by Uber for supposedly using an unconfirmed vehicle that wasn't registered to my account (which can get my account disabled) i called Uber and explained the situation and then called Hertz for resolution, (which they didn't have one) i was told to just bring the car back and to swap again (another long trip) i go back for the third time and do another vehicle swap, a few days later my account gets flagged again for same reason, i call Hertz and they attempt to get me to bring the car back AGAIN! so i called Uber to see if there's something they can do, Uber manually changed the tag themselves for me and informed me the registration need to be updated with the new info, i informed Hertz, apparently they never did, so when it expired the tag on my account automatically changed back due to them still not uploading the new information. at this point i can't drive and am beyond pissed, on top of that, they're closed for the weekend and Monday was a holiday, so i had to hold the vehicle for three days because there was no way to return. i spoke with customer service about need issue and was told to call back after i make returns so i can get a refund processed, so when i return and explain the situation and called customer service back they're telling me i had the car for too many days and can't get a refund even though i couldn't return due to weekend and holiday which isn't my fault, call back again too get another opinion and was told to talk to location manager, which every time i call, they say he busy and will call me back, (whick never happens) isn't there or left early for the day...i don't understand why I'm being faulted because they don't do they jobs and being forced to take over a $200 loss because of y'all... p.s the day i returned, someone else was returning for the same exact reason and they were speaking on the phone to someone who was complaining they couldn't make money due to info not being uploaded correctly, days a lot about this location not caring (they don't even dim the tank, but mark it as full)

Second time in a row that the car I reserved wasn’t provided to me on my rental date. I had requested a minivan but was told on arrival that only an SUV was available. The car was dirty. Upon return they never confirmed my dropoff, so I was getting calls from Hertz saying my rental was overdue. I’ll go with enterprise from here on.

Awful cars and awful service. YOUR RESERVATION MAY NOT BE HONORED, but any money you spent to get there will be your own loss and they don't care. They act like they are doing you a favor getting you a car. Charged for gas even though I filled the car immediately before dropping it off. AVOID this place at all costs.Take action.... REPORT THEM ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND TO YOUR LOCAL ATTORNEY GENERAL.

One of the worst hertz experiences I've had. The manager was the one attending me and she just had that attitude like shes was so done with her job. Kept trying to charge me over a 100 dollars than what my reservation said and when I showed her the email and pricing she just brushed off and said "doesn't matter what your email says only what I see on my screen" and when I try to tell her this has always been my pricing at other hertz she would just be like " this is hertz west Chester I don't care what other location charged you in the past" and throughout our 20ish mins going back and forth she said this exact line about 5-6 times. Saying how it didn't matter that for the past year my pricring at multiple hertz locations was the same but not at this one. Just insanely rude overall.

Incompetent staff. Terrible service. Nonsensical point of sales system.I don't even have the energy to cover all the details of my experience, but long story short: they will ruin your plans and show no remorse. You will be all on your own for cleaning up the mess that they cause. Please be advised by the plethora of other 1 star reviews.

So what can I say, we've just collected this car for a week for my wife to drive for work trips. Collection was fine but when she got it home and I looked at it it's terrible. The worst rental car I've seen yet. Look at the pictures, it was filthy inside and out. clearly not cleaned and the inside is disgusting. If I had collected it it would have been refused. How can you let a new customer drive a car away so dirty, covered in what looks like car auction chalk covering windows and also a damaged side with rubber hanging off the rear passenger side wheel arch. see pictures. The pictures are taken as proof after driving this home 10 minutes after collection. I have then spent 1 hour trying to clean the car myself to get it ok for my wife's road trip. This is terrible and tbh are there cars checked for road safety !!!
