This is by far the worst rental company, especially through Uber. They charged my card but yet I am still unable to go online. I’ve tried calling multiple times but they never answer their phone. The automated system just wants you to go online when this is not an online matter. Not to mention I have to complete 30 trips but how if I can’t even get access to Uber with the rental. Never again

Horrible experience. Rental took forever, they absolutely gouged me for a huge $$$$ hold on my car on what was supposed to be a Manager Special pay at the counter and then there was some damage to the car. Will never rent here again and probably never rent from Hertz again either, even if Hertz does offer a supposed "discount" through AAA. Absolutely terrible experience.

The rental experience was ok however I left my EZ Pass in the rental and have been unable to reach anyone after calling several times. The phone just rings and then disconnects. Completely unprofessional!

The manager Kelsey Mcgaffey was beyond rude she did not want to help me after they charged my card twice. She was on the phone with her boyfriend arguing while trying to help me, so unprofessional! Then she told me to go outside because I said i don’t like how you’re on the phone while taking a customer and I need your help. I was completely respectful and got disrespected by a manager that should NOT be a manager! She was rude to other customers as well! Kelsey should not have a job ! I’m making a report and will be suing if I do not get my money back! She literally would not help me the only thing she knows, is how to be disrespectful to customers!

This location is unbelievable. We were calling since 8am, nothing!! No one picked up. Booked our reservation for 10am, they told us there are no cars available. Meanwhile we drove an hr just to pick up the car. People were sitting in there angry because they made reservations for cars they don't have. The audacity of them to say they were TOO busy to pick up, when there are no cars available, what admin work are you doing? What reservation got you busy? Clearly customer service isnt a priority. Apparently they do it a lot, they overbook and waste your time. The shady business practices need to stop and corporate shouldn't put employees in the position to deal with angry customers. I expect better from a company this large.
Reponse for "owner": I'm driving back an hr, there's nothing you can do at this moment. Prevention is key, your location is accepting reservations knowing you have no vehicles, that is unacceptable. My husband was able to see cars as available for that moment even though none was available. Speak to your team, not me! I'm furious and your lack of professionalism and accountability within that location is deplorable.

Stay away from HERTZ! Gold member here. I currently have an 11 day rental. No floor mats and the carpets literally have holes. The windshield wipers are dry rot and useless. The engine/maintenance lights are on!!! The car smells like mildew... nauseating. It's a FWD vehicle(Camry) and the front tires barely have any tread! The car has 32,000 miles on it! I've attempted to contact contact a handful of locations and the 800 number...to no avail. Again, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERTZ!
Instead of focusing on your response time...why don't you help now!!!!?

bad as everyone says. rented a car for a week extended it 3 times. then charged a monthly rate that was double the weekly rate (an extra $1000). returned on the 4th when it was due. they were closed. used the drop box. then charged a late fee. spoke with the branch, Jazel. she was completely useless and said there was nothing she could do about it. luckily corporate support was helpful. removed late fee and adjusted to weekly rate

I rented an Uber rental for 1 week. My rental was returned earlier than the expected date. It was on a Saturday when Hertz is closed, but they have a drop box for the rental keys so I dropped the keys in the drop box. Come Monday morning my card was charged for another Uber rental that I no longer have in my possession but it is in theirs. They do not answer their phone so I cannot get ahold of anyone. Tomorrow will be the third day I’ve been trying to fix this with them. Be careful with this rental agency.

Worst Rental experience EVER! Ever week I get notification that the rental wasn't paid yet by bank statements proved Hertz was paid. Constatly get calls of Repossession. I was told by a Manager to give them a few days to figure it out after i gave proof that money was coming out of my bank account. The vehicle was towed 2 days later without warning and with my belongings. Hertz has not located the car or my belongings. Continues to bill my account and has not returned one of my phone calls! I've been calling this office for over 5 days and no one answers the phone. My BANK advised me to close my account and file charges. While I was on the office 3 other people were experiencing the same issues!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERTZ! I CAN SEE WHY THIS LOCATION HAS SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS.
