The rental experience was ok however I left my EZ Pass in the rental and have been unable to reach anyone after calling several times. The phone just rings and then disconnects. Completely unprofessional!

The worst experience ever! The manager Kelsey Mcgaffey was so rude. She needs to be fired. I’m completely lost how she’s even a manager!
