The renters insurance is exactly what we needed ans your staff was awesome! I have managed people in customer service/sales for many many years. I will tell you that you have a Rockstar on your staff by the name of Lindsay! She was knowledgeable, thorough, followed up as promised and was a total delight to work with! 5 stars for Lindsay!

I was shopping for lower auto rates on the internet and Jeff texted me. We compared to the rates I have now and Srate Farm was lower. We added better coverage to both the homeowners and auto policy and the cost was close, but still less so I went with State Farm. Jeff made the entire process easy. Hopefully, future service will replicate this.

Lindsay was very prompt and amazingly helpful. Because of her responsiveness and great customer service, we picked State Farm out of the many options that are always easily available.

I am so pleased that I switched my insurance to State Farm. The clear explanations given by Jeff at Henry Nace were very helpful. I now have better coverage for a significantly lower rate! Great to talk with a person and not an automated voice.

Although we do not know yet whether State Farm's underwriting department will cover us for homeowner's insurance, I can say that working with Lindsay to go through the application process has been a total pleasure. Lindsay has been friendly and knowledgeable, responds very quickly to emails, and was courteous and helpful on the phone as well. I have come away feeling that she genuinely cares about customers, and I hope we will be covered by State Farm, thanks to our great experience working with Lindsay.
