My rating will change once this is addressed correctly... this is my first time being in this location along with meeting the doctor. I get there, tried to check in ONLY for my appointment to be canceled when I did no such thing. The fact that the receptionist didn't ask for my DOB to begin with was sketchy. There's another person with the same name but again receptionist didn't do her job. I got really angry, showed her my call log, talked to her manager, she gave me an attitude when she said we can reschedule you and when i asked what day/time, she was very rude and said today at 10:30, I didn't call no one, my doctor was very upset with this whole thing and even explained everything to him. Please avoid this in the future!

Just received a return call from Dr. Keeler after I experienced a panic attack while driving. She is not my primary. I have never met her. My unanticipated episode happened around 1100 I called office and said I may not be able to make it in for scheduled therapy I’m not doing well crying palpitations belching etc. pulled over on the side of the road. Took my prescribed anxiolytic calmed down made it home safe meditated and fell. I didn’t make my therapy appt b would it have been safe to drive? (Its a 45 min drive for me). My anxiety has been poorly managed, worsened with the ADD med shortage which I’ve been off for a month and yet I have had no follow up or shown even an ounce of empathy or concern about my mental health right now. No plan of care in place regarding the med shortage, no communication. It’s terrible. Regarding Dr. Keller - she was an on call MD who returned my call in after I had awoken returning my primary MDS call out to me earlier, she didn’t ask how I was feeling, she initiated the conversation with “you missed your appt today I don’t know what else I can do for you your doctor isn’t in any longer today”. Thanks for the call back Dr. Keeler, that was just about the only effort I felt on your end regarding concern for my well being during the 57 sec you were so kind to give me. Start listening to your patients ! And maybe care a little more. And by the way, I’m not feeling any better Dr. Keeler. Probably didn’t care to ask. The 2 stars are for the return call.

Dr Keeler is great. The front desk staff and nurses not so much. Delayed my treatment of covid for 24 hours because they didn't bother to look at my records to see I was high risk. Unfortunately, despite going here for many years, I will need to find a practice that cares about its patients. The staff has been downright rude on several occasions, and now when I really needed help, I was handled like cattle.

Dr Keeler is amazing. She really hears you and responds. She's very knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable. The practice is efficient and friendly.I started going there years ago and both by husband and my adultdaughter followed because of the level of care. First choice!

A thank you to the receptionist at Goshen Family Practice who told the woman checking in with a valve mask that she wouldn't be allowed in unless she either put a 3ply mask over her existing mask, or stepped outside and changed masks. It was completely non-confrontational and the patient genuinely seemed not to realize that such masks protect only the wearer but no one around them (which is why they are so comfortable!). It's the first time I've seen a healthcare provider hold the line on actual science. So, thanks! It made me feel much safer as a patient of your practice.

Super late for appointments and the older receptionist is awful. Get a new receptionist!

Dr, Bingaman is truly a caring and thorough Dr. I am so glad I finally found a primary care Dr who wants to help and not just refer me to someone else. If she can assist me with my issues she does, if it needs a specialist I trust her opinion and go to a specialist. I feel that she truly cares about my health.

I was drawn to this office by the reviews. I Immediately became turned off by the receptionist Sherell, she was supper rude and seemed bothered by my questions concerning if they took my insurance or not. Not sure if Sherell was having a bad day, but its unacceptable.
