By far the worst apartment I’ve ever stayed in. The new management wasn’t helpful. Told me based on the pictures that they couldn’t it clean it and it was damaged. Not only do they have insects(spiders, thousand leggers)finding their way in the apartment they don’t do anything but put traps down that don’t catch the critters. They charged me $1300 to replace the carpet that they never attempted to clean and claimed it was “damaged”. Read the reviews, it’s true what they say. Nice interior but stains appear in the toilet from the water that constantly stinks. In the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath that was supposed to be “renovated” only gave us 2 AC throughout the entire apartment. The master bed had 1, followed by the kitchen area had 1 in total. Water was cut off numerous of times throughout the year often because of constant “maintenance” that apparently kept going on. I gave a 2 star to be fair.

They still refuse to fix our patio that is completely cracked in half and is raised 4 inches even after putting in numerous requests. Finally I went into the office after my then pregnant wife tripping numerous times just to be disrespected and talked over by the property manager Gabriel who clearly has an ego and won't even get out of her chair but will yell at you from across the room. It does not take 4 months to receive a quote for this to be fixed by a concrete company. It seems they just want us to wait until someone gets seriously hurt. Even Aaron who works in the office even tries to tell Gabrielle to let me finish speaking my statement.
After failed attempts to talk your left with just walking away because they clearly could not care less by her demeanor and lack of consideration.
Called the regional office spoke with Mimi she called back the same day and said she will have the contractor out the following day. Funny you have to call corporate to get something done and tell them your going to put the money into an escrow account then things get done.

I love living here. Aaron and Gaby are super nice and the maintenance staff is great. Problems are fixed quickly. The only issue is the trash dumpsters. People outside of the complex drive in here and dump their trash and furniture constantly and nothing gets done about it. It’s especially bad on weekends. Cameras need to be installed or gates need to be put up so only residents can enter with a key fob or something. I’ve attached a picture as an example. For what we pay to live here, we should not have to look at this. Please do something!

New management is all time worst in property management. Save your money - don’t rent - especially here. They say you can’t personalize your patio space, they complain about the kids being kids and the lady in the office is rude as can be and loves her little position. It’s cool that they pick up the trash but it’s not cool to charge us crazy money for it without choice. Complexes like these are your typical greedy types. Instead of let me break my lease they went to court after 5 days of not paying rent .Zero stars if I could . Don’t even have a dog park . And let’s not forget the feral cats all over lol.

Place blowsss. Horrible everything and they have bed bugs EVERYWHERE. Place sucks. Been asking for things to get done for MONTHSSSSSSS but yet they want to take our things from our front lawn.

I felt I needed to write a new review since a new company has taken over Golf Club.
I want to start by saying that I have lived here 10 years, working on year 11 now. That says something in itself, but I've seen a lot and I wanted to write something because I think this place is really deserving of it right now.
This is the third company that has taken over this complex, and I just cannot say enough good things about them already. Are there still problems? Sure, but I really am hopeful that this company is going to try to fix what they can, and let me tell you why.
I am an avid walker. I used to take my walks around the complex many years ago. On my walks, I saw patios that looked like they belonged to hoarders or, remember the show Sanford and Son? If you do, you get my drift. It was to the point I was afraid it would attract rodents. I actually took photos and showed management the pictures, and nothing was done.
Within a month of this company taking over, we received letters that every patio would be inspected in "x" amount of time and included the expectations with warnings if expectations weren't met. A few months later, all these patios look beautiful.
Next, the communication. I remember moving in, and a few weeks later getting a knock on the door saying they were doing yearly inspections. I was told nothing about it. They said they put a notice in my door which I never saw. Could've totally been my fault being I just moved in and I missed it. Point is, this company not only puts a letter in your door, they also email you and you now get a text to your phone about anything going on in the complex. Such a simple yet effective tactic that I cannot believe has just came into effect now. No more surprises, and its such a nice service to have for us.
Next, lighting!! I live in a townhome with apartments behind me. You can see the apartments out my living room window. The entrances have been dark the entire time I have lived here. Within a month I think ( I could be off on that, but it was quick!), they had the brightest lights ever at every single entrance into the apartment buildings. My best friend had come over my house one night and looked and said "OMG I had no clue those apartments were back there!" because it used to be so dark. Seriously, how did this take that long to think of doing this??
Staff: Best of the best. I could write a whole other review about them. I don't think you'll find better maintenance men, Your calls are responded to quickly. They know what they're doing. They're kind, they're clean, they're efficient.
The manager, Gab, is newer to our complex and I cannot say enough good things about her. I've had two problems and Gab now only emailed me to follow up on issues, but when she saw me, she actually remembered the issues and followed up with me verbally to see if things were as they should be, and if I was satisfied. I will go into the office to report something or ask a question, and Gab, who can choose to stay in her office if she wants, either calls out to me to comes talk to her about it, or will walk out of her office to see what's going on. She is top notch, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
Is the place perfect? Of course not. Every rental has their negatives. The trash is an issue and continues to be in the dumpster area. It is difficult when the neighborhood is illegally dumping there. I do hope and believe they are working on a possible solution.
They are old buildings. There is no central air. It's one thing I really do wish we had. You get an air conditioning unit in one bedroom upstairs, and in the living room downstairs.
As I said earlier, I live in a townhome here, so I cannot speak on the apartments.

I’ve lived here for two years now and the maintenance team and people in the office are very nice. Repairs are handled quickly. The problems- there are abandoned cars all over this place and nothing gets done about them. I’ve called numerous times and pointed them out. The trash dumpsters here are constantly overflowing and are a health hazard because the surrounding community dumps here illegally and nothing gets done about it. They need to install cameras and hold people accountable. I live near one of the dumpsters and it’s always overflowing into the parking lot which is hazardous. When are you going to fix these things? There’s also several street lamps out and these apartments need paint on the outside badly as well as the leasing office. This place just isn’t being kept up like it once was. I take pride in where I live and it’s a shame the owners here don’t care.
