Besides NEVER having anything in stock our last few trips have been extra disappointing. It is Thursday morning. I went to the market Monday night. Attached is the picture of the double bagged bread I purchased two days ago. This is not anything new. I buy butter, it's covered in mold, all of the bread is bad.We switched from giant brand bread because we noticed the bread was always spritzed with water or rock hard on the bottom half. I also have a new bag of Romain lettuce covered In A mysterious slime. The giant on boot road is a mess. Save your money and make a drive somewhere else.

The pharmacy refused to fill my brother’s Doctor written prescription for hydroxychloroquine! It wasn’t that they didn’t have it, but that they wouldn’t! He was assessed and treated by a Doctor who wrote a prescription for the medication he thought best to treat my brother and the pharmacy had the audacity to pretend they know more than him. I used to really like using the Giant pharmacy, but no more.

Market lately is not kept up. Bagel area was dirty and cases full of fingerprints. Produce section had fruit going bad and flys, etc all over fruit. Today, July 25 it was a disgrace And sadly this is not first time it was this bad.

kids at check out are rude. I use checkout to keep them working.i was at boot rd lane 13 on sunday at 11:45. hollered at me when i asked if its ok to load the belt i got a very curt answer. when it my turn i asked if its ok he said yes in a tone, but never cleaned the belt.guys use some common sense dont put up with lazy kids

The one deli worker is so rude I'll never go back. Had to tell the worker by order three times. And then she screamed at me. If I didn't go up to the manager I wouldn't have gotten served cuz the girl refused to help me.

Overall it's just average, other than the robot that scoots around the store I don't have any complaints, but they're selection isn't great compared to other Giant stores.If you're in the area it's perfectly suitable to your needs, but if you're used to other stores in the chain you may not be able to find everything you are expecting.

I love this Bakery ! A few times, I've made requests , every time the cake/cakes were decorated beautifully! Also the danish & croissants are delicious too My granddaughters & I love the donuts .The Pharmacy is great also.I really like this store & employees! But... I hate that annoying cleaning? robot that's taking away someone's job ! Besides that, this is a great store !

Smallish Giant conveniently located on Boot Rd temporarily inconvenienced by the pipeline construction. Saturday afternoon it was quite empty. Produce was fresh, deli personnel were efficient but not super friendly, Tommy the cashier and George the manager(or head cashier) were particularly helpful.

This location has changed hands several times over the years. When Giant took over, prices were initially lower than similar venues; however, that is not the case now. Most importantly, quality, service, and availability of products have all declined. Recently, I went there for just a few specific items but found that 4 out of 6 things were out of stock. They are always willing to give rain checks, but I don't want to have to make multiple trips unnecessarily. More often than not, when I shop at this store, something that I want is out of stock. Also, service at the deli is often not good. There are one or two people who have been there a while who care to be pleasant and correctly fill your order, but oftentimes the younger guys are joking around and not very customer-friendly. Overall, in this store, there are a few employees who work hard and understand what customer service is, but generally it really needs improvement. Sad that it's the closest supermarket for Hershey's Mill. I only shop there sometimes because it's convenient. Not my first choice. Update: Deli service has improved significantly.

The management has been very unprofessional towards both employees and customers. Store is very dirty and no one knows where to find anything because the management does a poor job training their employees.

First the store Itself is gross. I guess because they are next to a retirement community they figure the people there have no choice but to shop here. Second, there are never enough workers. Third, selection of items is poor. Last while some workers are great there are quite a few workers that when you ask a question they have a "don't care" attitude and just say "I don't know."
