Every time I go to the women’s restroom it’s a problem. Today I went and all three stalls were inoperable- either the doors wouldn’t shut (and lock) or the toilet paper dispenser was missing, like ripped off the wall. Regardless of the dispenser, 2/3 stalls were out of toilet paper and a different 2 didn’t have doors that closed. The bathroom in general is never very clean. I tried to tell the service desk but I waited for five minutes and no one was there. As soon as someone got behind the desk there was a large line. I told my cashier and she seemed angry as if it was my fault.

Someone needs to do something about the DELI department.....Every single time I go. I appreciate most of the employees, the store. It's not fancy, but is clean & orderly. When I get to the deli, I am usually behind 1 person. That customer will get served. Then, I will be politely standing there for sometimes 10,15, or more minutes. Other customers start cueing up behind me. We all start to stare at each other. The staff never give us any heads up of how long wait will be (It seems they fill a lot of online deli orders???? Hard to say -- because they never say anything to you. One staff member of 2 will disappear -- maybe on break -- The other deli staff will start cutting cheese & meat for who knows who.....). I'm not one to write reviews, but it's ridiculous. Happens every single time. Customers getting a half pound of this & a half pound of meat, but somehow me, or whoever else in line, still waits 15-20mins.Some deli staff will apologize for the wait -- which of course, the cordial response is -- "no worries, no problem." -- But, someone higher up in the company, or Union needs to train to communicate to clients how long the wait will be for next in line....Or, try to do (1) online order, than (1) in store customer waiting in front of deli....Because it seems to pile up every time & everyone gets frustrated. I walked away today, and have before. Others walk away too.....God forbid you're 2nd or 3rd in line. The wait might be an hour.....

we had a great experience w Nancy in the wine department of the Downingtown Pike Giant in West Chester, PA. She shared her knowledge of wines, made suggestions & shared her favorites. She was a pleasure to talk to & I'm going to try her suggestions next time i'm in! Good job Nancy!

This giant is the only giant I have even been in that has horrible service. 2 times, not once but twice have I been finessed into spending more money that I should. First time I was double charged for a 50$ gift card and was told I need to talk to my bank before the customer service would even help me. And the second I was told that my gift card (the one they charged me twice for) would not work at self checkout and I would have to pay using my debit card. I understand it gets busy and overwhelming but do you job.

This is my favorite grocery store close to West Chester Borough. There's plenty of parking, the store is very clean and well-lit. Over the past 5 years they've really expanded into organic and gourmet items. They have a Starbucks, bakery, deli, prepared foods to go like rotisserie chicken, etc. Good produce, butcher, deli. Staff is friendly. Overall it strikes a nice balance between expensive and trendy vs. affordable and basic.

This is one of the worst Giants' I have ever been to!! Out of everything! No water, hardly any produce! Self check out is a joke and no employees around to help!!

Around here, I prefer the 2 GIANTS in the area. This one included. Just ran in to grab desert after dinner in town. I'm a fan of the cheese cakes in the bakery. Staff is friendly.

Self checkout was particularly cumbersome. The attendant was awkward and didn't say one word to me (or anyone) and just cleared out the errors. Self checkout probably would have gone smoother if the attendant had told what I may be doing wrong to trip the system, common courtesy and basic social interaction would have been nice in general.
