Update, now they have one of those creepy stalker robots that does nothing but spy on you and get in your way. If you're worried about theft or whatever the robot is supposed to do, hire more people instead. Another star dropped. Old: Overall a fine store. Clean, organized, stocked. Just nobody to be found if you need help. So for that I have to remove 1 Star. Having to interrupt the meat person or deli person is inconvient for them as well as it impeeds their work.

Deli was a disaster. They only had 1 person working. Ordered on the kiosk and waited for an hour. Had to leave before I got my order. Never coming here again.

The checkout & bagging service here is terrible. Nonexistent. They have no one to help. Even with the regular checkout isles, no one’s there to assist ot bag your groceries. they expect the customers to do it all themselves, which is insane. What’s the point of having a store with no customer service? If you don’t have customer service and require your “customers” to do everything themselves, your business will suffer. Go to Wegmans, where there is proper customer service and great prices, or order from Instacart.
