The dealership neglected to file the paperwork in a timely fashion for a tax refund, and we have consequently been unable to receive the refund from the federal government.
Our initial experience purchasing the car was favorable so I hesitated to write this review until now, but have been left no choice because the staff has not been responsive to my subsequent questions about the status.
It seems other unfavorable reviews prompted action from the owner, and I hope the same will be true in the situation.

7 or 8 months ago this service replaced my water pump but did not say anything about the timing chain and i paid quite a bit money for that. Now they said my engine front cap is leaking oil(which they opened and closed back than for replacing the water pump) and I need new timing chain. That is really absurd and very unfair business. Never go there again.
