Kevin was very helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. He made my purchase as painless as possible. He wasn’t a pushy salesman like some of those other dealers! He even went the extra mile and got some scratches buffed out for me! The car was freshly detailed inside and out when I came back to purchase. Kevin took care of me and I would highly recommend!!

I'm a return customer at Beans. The sales manager -Steve is a very nice, caring guy. My sales rep. was Patrick, ha had helped my daughter lease a car, and I thought I would see him. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, guy who explained all our options. He made sure I got the SUV I needed, and in the right color! You can't go wrong with this team! Great dealership!

When I bought my car last year they charged me $ 6000 for a warranty without my permit
The guy didnt told me
The next day I came back to delete this warranty they told me to wait until next year, 2024
Next year(this year)I called them for 6 times, sent emails no answers
One time they answered me and they told me call us next week
Finally my car crashed then they refunded me 1000$
Called them no body want to answer me
No names here kind of respect for the business

Just want you. Thank Kevin for making the purchase of my new F150A wonderful experience. He did everything from getting my truck Lettered with my company logo to having seat covers and Bed cover installed on It was nice to pick up this truck and not have to do anything extra to it. I do feel bad for him. Because there are so many different buttons on this truck. I must have called him 10 times already. And he responds to my phone calls every time. Thanks, again, Kevin.

With two leaky tires I expected to pay for at least 2 tires. Instead of selling me something I didn't need they repaired my tires instead of replacing them. Very trustworthy.

Good luck if your a woman or show up an hour before they close. Thought sending my sister there would have been a good thing because I know of Fred beans reputation. But apparently this one doesn't quiet understand what it means to close a deal. Salesman Patrick and Steve were extremely misogynistic, rude and could not be bothered to try and sell her a car. They were more concerned about leaving early even though she already has all her own financing. I recommend her to go there because of how I've known Fred beans to operate. I will never recommend anyone to the West Chester location ever In my entire automotive career. Especially due to the fact I run a body shop where people are always looking for cars. Absolutely disappointed in there behavior.

This was the best vehicle buying experience Ive ever had, your staff was professional and courtesy. Patrick Cummings was outstanding, I never felt pressured, he went out of his way explaining every detail of my new truck and all options of my purchase. I had my vehicle in for sync problems with my radio and remote start start problems. The vehicle was repaired in a reasonable time and I was informed of the progress of work. All in all I was very happy with the work and everything is good as new.
