I recently decided to survey the insurance market for homeowners and auto coverage. We'd been with five points for several years. We found a more competitive coverage by ourselves and notified the firm that we would not renew with them. Subsequently, the owner accused me of lack of ethics for purchasing our insurance from one of his employees who had left his firm. I told the owner truthfully that I'd had no correspondence with his employee; he subsequently indicated I had lied to him. His approach to customer service was the primary reason why we decided to look elsewhere. Approach with care.

They've been extremely good at helping me to keep my homeowners and insurance costs as low as possible while providing the coverages I need. They are very responsive to my questions, making changes to my insurance as needed, etc.

I came here to get fingerprinted for Identgo. I don’t recommend Identgo. although if you need it, I imagine you don’t have much say in the matter. Indentgo apointments we’re backed up for 3 weeks at every location. Consequently there were about 10 people(myself included) who attempted to do a no apointment “walk in.” I don’t really recommend trying to do this. The apointments are scheduled every 20 mins and it takes 10-15 minutes to do one. It will probably take over an hour, and the people waiting are going to be rude and entitled about the fact that people who scheduled apointments 3 weeks ago get to go first.
But the two men on staff were very kind and professional. They worked well past closing time on a Friday in order to process my order(for which I believe they were getting about $3). They were knowledgeable about the process and even allowed me to use their personal laptop to resolve a problem with how indentgo had forwarded my information.
Truthfully, I don’t know much about their insurance business. But they carried themselves with integrity, charm, and aplomb.

Joe went over the top to do my finger prints. His business clearly states you need and appt and he was prompt to help me when I arrived. Unfortunately a lady before me was quite rude to him because she thought she could just show up. I would consider using them for an insurance quote also! -K.Ford
