When you call Ferguson in West Chester you can’t speak directly with a counter person. You must leave a message and eventually they will get back to you. After waiting over an hour I called another local plumbing supply store in West Chester they answered the phone promptly and had everything I needed in stock.

Michelle helped me find a part which I cannot find anywhere else because it’s for a really old hydrant and the part is probably out of production. She helped me order it from the other Ferguson branch. Although it took a few days for the part to be delivered to West Chester, it’s worth the wait because the part fits my outdoor hydrant perfectly. This is a good store.

Michele was a huge help in diagnosing an issue over the phone and getting me the proper parts so that I could repair my leaky well pipes as well as put on a new drain valve. Wire brushed everything else so I could keep an eye out for future leaks.
Thanks for taking the time on such a small repair. You guys are great!

Michele was able to reach out to Gerber directly in order to find the exact shower stems I needed to replace my old ones. She was very helpful, responsive, and timely! Couldn't have asked for better customer service.
