I have the misfortune of having to deal with FedEx every day and I would advise anyone who cares about their shipment's handling never to use FedEx. 90% of our packages arrive looking like they went through a meat grinder. Their drivers can't decide whether to drop off at the front office or the warehouse (which should be obvious when they're delivering a bunch of skylights to a supply house).
Half the time the actual packing slip from the supplier has been ripped off or destroyed and it's a guessing game to find the purchase order to receive the material. If I could give negative stars I would.

Called corporate office. Asked that package not be redelivered. Drove to pick it up only to find out for redelivery. Had to rush home to meet driver. Asked that I get a call when he was in the driveway. I didn't. The whole experience was beyond frustrating

Finding a darn pouch and some supplies has become virtually impossible . I had to drive 12 minutes out of my way. UPS seems to be everywhere! FedEx made it a royal pain anymore... Definitely not convenient unless you're lucky enough to live near a store. They don't leave supplies in boxes any longer.

Fast and friendly service. It's not the most obvious location. From the street it just looks like a non-customer distribution center. However there is a public to go in.

Incredibly rude staff. They couldn't help me with my needs. No problem. When you, as a professional, make it a point to add " I won't print shipping labels for you either ". Wow. Went to USPS not one issue . Fed Ex your employees need a basic class in manners. After this experience I won't gi back to your Willowbrook location

Terrible customer service, was otp with Corporate and they CS agent told me that I was able to get my packages. However, the three workers behind the desk will not allow me or would not take my Passport or anything. I do not recommend.

The people were reasonable when I talked with them but they were under staffed and when I got there, they said that I time sensitive package had been destroyed. I have to file claims. Try a different place to ship from.
