Tom was very knowledgeable, patient, and bent over backwards to help us. The rest of the crew was equally friendly and helpful helping with our car seat removal and reinstallation. It was a very pleasant experience.

We were very excited to purchase our new truck. Looking at the truck and starting the buying process went somewhat smoothly, but once we were with financing we felt very under heard. Four times we said no to the extended warranty and even called my wife and she said no two times to Corey about not wanting any additional warranty. They kept bringing people in to convince me to sign on the warranty and protection on the car. Leaving the dealership we were extremely upset and not happy with how the purchasing portion went. After getting home we canceled all the warranty and got our $5k back. The only thing we couldn’t cancel was the vehicle protection. We had to take the vehicle back for the detailing and protective paint seal. After getting the vehicle back, we found that the door was dented and scratched. This was extremely frustrating after we didn’t want the protection on the car and then this happened while getting it. Faulkner did pay to have the dent popped and touch up paint but it does not look new anymore. Overall we are happy with our truck but a bit frustrated on the pushiness of the warranty. No means no and I wish they would of listened to the first 6 no’s. If they had, we would of been completely satisfied with our purchase and the dent wouldn’t of happened.

The reason for our visit was a follow-up, since the first oil change visit resulted in a mess. Oil was found all over the engine compartment which then stained our garage floor. To fix it, we had to utilize our time & energy to return to the dealership. At no time, was there an offer to clean up our garage or compensate us for our time. This situation was clearly a mistake on the technician's behalf. Mistakes happen. However, the dealership needs to be accountable for their product they provide.

I have known of the Faulkner dealership family since I was young. I am 59 now. My dad always said they were a good dealership. I am recently divorced and needed a new car. Im a USA car girl. I found an Impala with everything I wanted on it at Faulkner in Bethlehem. That is 75 miles from me. Didnt want to do that for a check engine light. Have the extended warranty and it was only a month and 8 days new to me. Called to see if I could bring it in to Faulkner West Chester and they said sure. They shuttled me home fixed my car and picked me up. They were super courteous and very helpful. I will glad come back to them. My car got fixed and at no cost.

Leslie Hurst was fantastic! We moved to the area a year ago and hadn’t really established a “go to” service center. After a check engine light came on we knew we had to prioritize it, after some google research we landed on Faulkner. Leslie was great to work with, communicated throughout. She made my month when she called to tell us the repair was covered under an extended warranty. She was straight to the point, clear, and concise. She alone made us comfortable coming back. Hopeful that we’ve found our go to service center! Leslie is definitely a treasure on this team.

My most recent experience was bringing my GMC Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I always find the Faulkner team to be very friendly and helpful. I switched to Faulkner as the service provider for all 3 of my GM vehicles in 2020 after poor experiences with another GM dealer, and the closing of the previous GM dealer I had been using. I have only owned GM vehicles for over 35 years. To date, I have been very satisfied with Faulker’s professionalism, quality, and competency in servicing all of my vehicles. I would like to specifically recognize Luis Jimenez, our Service Advisor, for his consistently outstanding service. We greatly appreciate his commitment to delivering a great service experience every time!

Never leave reviews but would give this place 0 stars if I could. Brought my truck in for a tcm diagnosis which they said they could over the phone, then they said you can’t physically diagnose it after bringing it in and kept pushing me a different route on what to replace (didn’t fix the issue.) Didn’t receive one update or returned call from the advisor when I had a question was always told I’d receive a call back, never did. Ended up picking the truck up my ecm was reflashed for whatever reason which deleted my engine tuning which cost me another $500 that they refused to take off because “it’s aftermarket” and “they didn’t know” when they should have checked first and asked for permission to do so. Truck was covered in grease somehow all over including rear doors which tells me my truck was casually leaned on without a care. New check engine light appeared. Also even found a day pass to a camp ground in my truck when picked up so not sure if it was taken there for the weekend when it was left there. Would have not left a review until today I noticed a bracket on the transmission that was not put back and now I also have to purchase bolts for that. Emailed the manager on these issues still never received a reply close to a month later. I am very disappointed how this dealer does business. You should leave with your vehicle the way it was left, especially coming from a dealership!

Terrible experience with sales. Spoke to sales and was interested in a vehicle that they had just got in. I told her how serious my interest was and never got call back and pictures etc that I asked for. Now the car is sale pending all because of bad communication.

Can't say we're off to a good start. Air-conditioning quit on Terrain with 27,000 miles..Calling twice for service using phone problems. On hold for more than eight minutes each time before being told to leave a message. Still waiting for a return call

Perry and Kenny were awesome! Nice and easy to understand, ran me through everything I needed to know about my truck AND set everything up for me! It was amazing to be able to drive off the lot and not set another thing up! Perry and Kenny know what they are talking about, look for them when you are looking for a new vehicle.
