Never had to use a laundromat before but this was probably the best one I could started with. Nice machines and everything's clean. If it's your first time just check the top left of the washing machine to see how much you can load in cause that also changes the price

This is an excellent laundromat. It was large with a variety of well maintained machines. It was very clean. It was easy to figure out how to use the machines. The staff on site were very helpful. It felt very safe and the customers were also nice and well behaved. I would recommend if you need to use a laundromat in the West Chester PA area. Also plenty of easy parking!

Love that it's so clean inside - they have staff so they vaccum and dust, but the machines are also super clean - no green rings or water buildup or mold or smells. Love that you can pay a few different ways. Good parking.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been in. The staff is helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The machines are like new and well cared for. I highly recommend Family Laundromat in West Chester.

One of the best laundromat I have been at it's clean, nice washer& dryers, bathroom is very nice. Only have one thing they need more Big washers there's only a few upfront & it seems everyone wants them so they have to wait for a bit. But other than that Amazing I will be going back.

Ladies do a fantastic job. Everything was folded and neatly on hangers. My mom's clothes were so nice I thought they iorned them. Tremendously happy. The excellent price was 1.50 a poundCan't say enough about how nice they are and awesome.A

Best laundromat in West Chester period. Modern, reasonably priced, and clean. Machines allow use of cards, $4.50 for a top loader that runs 51 minutes. Ignore the comments of it being dirty, this place is as clean as they come. If was an issue regarding cleanliness they obviously care enough to fix the problem judging from previous reviews.

Very nice and clean facility.Well lit.Dryers are big at $1 for 10 minutes.They have a bunch of very large washers for comforters, dog beds etc.Along with a multitude of smaller sized machines.You can pay by cash, card or app.They also have a rewards program.I drove 15 minutes to get here, but well worth the extra time!
