This was my second time getting my nails done here. The first time, the person doing my nails told me that the design I wanted would cost "too much" for me... despite the micro aggression, I stayed, she did the design, and I loved it. The second time, nails were done nice again but the lady who looks to be the owner overcharged me, likely after overhearing a conversation I was having about my work income. I asked her about why a gel refill came to $42.90 and she told me it was because I got my nails trimmed down... I had my sister call and ask how much a gel refill work trim would cost and she told her $32... No one likes being taken advantage of and I now see why this place is always empty. Will not be returning.

Wouldn’t waste your money. Had a pedicure (no lotion, no massaging), definitely not relaxing. Had a gel mani and it chipped on day two. Went back to have it fixed and lady argued with me on what color. Put lighter color on nail that chipped, didn’t match. Less than two weeks later going to get re done?Services: Manicure

I went here with my sibling the day after Thanksgiving and despite the holiday they seated us immediately. I don't get my nails done often but this makes me want to get them done everyday! It was so relaxing and our techs were so nice and sweet and we felt at home right away. They did their job so well and quickly, with very good attention to detail. My nails were short and stubby when I went in because I play the guitar, but my tech still worked with them and it almost feels like my nails got longer! Thank you, dynasty nails!

I have been going there for quite a while and the ladies are much more than nice. They know me so well that I have a bad back so when I get there they have the pedicure chair ready so it won't hurt me. If I have to sit to get my nails done they have a special back cushion which they have ready for me. The prices are much lower than other nail salons that I have been too. They are very fast too.

Lady Tina and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and accomodating. I love the pleasant atmosphere and great service. I am always pleased after my nail/pedicure treatments. It's easy to make an appointment and get same day service!Services: Pedicures

I've been coming to this nail salon since I was just a kid with my mom. They always do a great job and are some of the nicest people I've met! They have a great eye for color, always advertise their new/seasonal polishes and take their time. The price range is very ideal as they do not overcharge you. Love this place!

NEVER AGAIN. If I could give this zero stars I would. Initially I had good vibes, and I am never the type of person to run into bad service, but even if I do it gets solved. Overall I was very disappointed. It all started when the man started cutting the COFFIN shape on my nails (coffin is straight and wide, then goes to narrow and squared out), and I had to tell them that the coffin shape was not fully prim and proper, he cut my nails very rounded and my nails were all different sizes (very uneven). I told myself to trust the process. Then came the coloring, I was hoping to see it all tie together after the color was applied and when I told the nail tech to make the lines a little more straighter he yelled and berated me all of a sudden in the whole salon! I would understand if he talked to me in a civilizing manner but he yelled at me and clipped off my nails, leaving them broken unpainted and finished, and to make it worse he did not even remove the acrylic on my nail! He continued to tell me I was complaining and kept yelling at me. This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL nail salon I have ever been to and the woman accompanying him doing nails saw his immaturity towards his client and didn't bother to help fix it. I was really disappointed going here because I would've expected a way far better service, and from my experience of paying for my nails in the past, any good nail tech would not yell at their client and act out their aggressions! I was so excited to get my nails done yesterday, I had to just walk out. I will never come here again.

I had a pedicure 3 weeks ago. I was never told that the price went up to $45 ($10 increase) since they reopened since Covid-19. I was really disappointed to find that out after my pedicure was done. I have been going there for years. I really like the people but that is a big increase in price. I don't know what to do.

I had my first experience getting a manicure and waxing my eyebrows there, and they were more than accommodating. They were kind, reassuring, and the shop itself was very comfortable. I will definitely be going back there next time I want my nails done or eyebrows. Would highly recommend.
