The people there were rude, it was hard to find anything in the store, and they really didn't have much good or drinks in general. They have a credit card limit as well.

Went in just to pick up a few things for Easter. Worst customer service. I was ignored at the register. I was ignored when I asked for a trashcan to throw away my own receipt. I'm standing there with a baby on my hip and the girls behind the counter are rolling their eyes at me talking to my daughter. If you're going to work in customer service, I'd politely ask to drop the attitude towards your customers.

Full aisles that are crowded with items. Little to no signage as to where anything is. Some prices are very good, others not.

The owners here are very greedy and can be disrespectful to their employees. They are resellers and buy cheap items that even the dollar store has better quality. Additionally, one of the owners gave a false review of their store. It really speaks to who they are.

I'd leave zero stars if an option. I've never had a good experience here. Most recently, I called ahead because Amazon failed to deliver my daughter's 21st birthday favors on time. I asked specifically about 21st birthday sashes and was advised "yes, we have plenty." Took the trip over despite my unhappiness with previous visits. Arrived and couldn't find anything. Asked the girl behind the counter and she said "whatever we have is there." I mentioned I had called and asked specifically for 21st birthday and she reiterated her previous statement. We grabbed some ugly necklace favors only because they said "21" and ordered 2 balloons (the large 2 and 1) for $11 a piece. The 2 was already deflating by the time we got home. Nothing in this place is a dollar or two. Everything is overpriced and the service stinks. Five Below and Dollar Tree are always better options!

If your a bric a brac plus seeker, the Goodwill here is great.Marchwood Clothes Cleaners is better than what I have experienced in and around West Chester. They do their own work and alternations.Bonus: now giving 30%off.
