Very customer based company! My dog got an illness unrelated to using Dog Heiro but after conferring with Dr Frank it was decided that I should stop using the product. The company immediately refunded me the money I paid. Rarely can a company be found that responds so quickly to a customer! I have been using another product of theirs, Heave Ho, very successfully for years now on a horse of mine and I am a believer in their products.

Heiro for Dogs brought the spring back in my dog's step! My lab is nearly 11 yrs old and has been taking Heiro for a couple of years. It has greatly reduced her arthritis issues; she can even still jump into the back of my jeep with a little help from me spotting her.
