Number is NOT for a local business, it’s for a nationwide company that gives your tow job to some combination of the closest driver and lowest bidder. I waited 2-3 hours when they told me “30 to 60 minutes.” They were still good in a pinch but I try to support local whenever possible and the local area code was misleading when someone called me back from Missouri.

When calling, please be aware that this is a 3rd party service that contracts with and connects you to towing companies in the West Chester area. Didn't realize that when I called. If that is what you need, then they do their service well. If you are comfortable booking with a towing company directly and cutting out the 3rd party contractor, then you may be able to save yourself some money. Best wishes to all.

Over $250 for a 0.3 mile tow. There wasn't any other choice at 2am but that seems a bit high.
