Great branch. Just moved here and switched to this CVS. The pharmacy tech was very helpful, figuring out how to get things done, and found me a coupon that saved me almost half in the process. I don’t usually use brick and mortar drug stores anymore, but this was a good experience.

Always had 90 day supply for med. After years I went to pick up a supply of only 30 days and the pharm rep convinced me my insurance would only allow 30 day. Come to find out they had me paying same amount for 30 day that I paid for 90 day and the entire time my prescribing Dr and insurance all allowed for 90 day fill. PLEASE understand what your coverage is and allowance as you could be overpaying! Unfortunate to know that one part of job is being detail oriented in ensuring correct scripts and amount of medication in every script but the insurance part is either unknown, fully looked over, or I hate to say it taken advantage of. Changed to different pharmacy that not only recognized my 90 day fill but also changed me less than I’ve ever paid as CVS. Thanks for nothing! Also work in healthcare. Super disappointed as I joe how much grief and time we spend on insurance in our office. I will say this has not always been my experience as we have used this pharmacy since I was a child. Recently it’s not even the same place

Do not use this pharmacy for vaccines!My father in law made appt for Covid, checked in at desk, told to sit and wait (no one else waiting)… 20min later after appt time, went back and asked for help. The pharmacist begrudgingly came around, but when asked why the wait and poor customer service, he DECLINED to provide the vaccine and went back behind his counter. So much for commitment to healthcare!

I had a script sent to this pharmacy after another was sent to a different CVS. I was told I could not fill it here, as there was a pending claim at the other CVS. I work in healthcare and know you can transfer scripts between pharmacies. I drove to the other CVS, and was told the same thing I already know. The pharm tech needs further training to become aware that this can be done with a phone call. Or if she knew this, she needs more compassion for customers and take the time to make a phone call. When I asked what the cash rate was for the medication, she also exaggerated the cost significantly. This ruined my evening when I was already feeling sick. I have never been treated this badly at a pharmacy.

Do not waste your time here. The pharmacists walk around like Kensington zombies and are so slow I’m convinced they don’t know what they’re doing.

The store is fine but I will not be using the pharmacy anymore. I went 3 separate times to pick up my Rx and it still wasn't ready

Store and associates are great, nice selection of products and discounts. Pharmacy is a disaster I’ve never had a good experience there. Rude unorganized and had me waiting around with an infant on 3 occasions. I have to block time off my schedule at work to wait here for HOURS on end

The pharmacy is supposed to be open at 9. It's 10:45 and the person won't be here for an hour they say!!! WTH is that???!!!

The service is less to be desired. They have installed kiosk at checkout. I used one self checkout kiosk yestwrday morning a little before 8am and it said my chip card was damaged but I knew it wasn't because I just used it 10 minutes prior across the street at DD. An employee behind the front counter heard I had trouble but did not help me. Then I moved to the machine next to but the first machine started stating a message repeatedly which sent the employee onto a frenzy. THAT'S when she came from her faux Ivory tower from behind the counter to stop the machine from talking. She wasn't concerned with helping me. I made my transaction and my kiosk asked if I wanted my receipt. I grabbed my bag and attempted to answer thr kiosk. The employer snaps and asks very rudely, "Do you want a receipt or not?" As if I couldn't read. As if I'm the reason the first machine was functioning. I don't know what it is but some people that work in customer service can be the worst. Maybe she shouldn't tske a morning shift if she's not going to be welcoming the first thing in the morning.

The pharmacy used to be ok for pickups but most recently I became a victim of senior abuse there. Transferring scripts now.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy yesterday. Waited on hold for 1.5hrs to speak with pharmacy staff!!!!! Hung up called back and selected the prompt for prescriber… someone answered within 3 minutes. I am traveling for the holiday and left my meds at home in FL. I needed 2 emergency rxs filled. When I showed up they didn’t have either ready. After looking into it further my doctor’s office had sent both rxs to my local CVS even after I requested them to be sent here multiple times. There was a gentleman who was very friendly and said it was no problem and they would transfer them and fill them ASAP. Apparently after further investigation one of the rxs would not transfer due to a system glitch. They asked me to step aside to from pickup to dropoff so the girl could call the other store to see what was going on. To my knowledge the girl had it under control and told me it would take about 15-20 min to transfer then they would fill it. I left to do some holiday shopping and came back 2 hrs later. Line was 7 deep at 7:50pm. When I went to try to pickup for the second time the girl told me that for whatever reason the one rx still wasn’t ready. Then she said I can’t fill it because we close in 2 minutes and my computer is going to shut off so you can come back tomorrow morning. I wanted to scream! Why did she tell me to come back that night then???? Waste of time!! The incompetence is infuriating. I wasted so much time with this cvs yesterday between being on hold and taking 2 separate trips there. They do not care about service in the slightest (maybe the one guy who helped me at first but no one else). I will never go back to this pharmacy, and I highly recommend filling rxs anywhere but here, unless you like to be disrespected, under-appreciated, and have your time outright wasted.

I have been a pharmacist for over 30 years. I have never made a dr wait on the Dr line for 30 minutes. Disgraceful. Can't speak to a single person to transfer out scripts. They blow.

Pharmacy never picks up phone. Ever. Claims they’re busy. Just try calling another CVS just a few minutes away and they almost immediately pick up. There’s something amiss.

In last few years pharmacy service is abysmal. When call pharmacy wait on phone 20 minutes than get disconnected. In the store always long line to pick up prescriptions.This used to be an excellent store - now service is awful.

Pharmacy does not answer phone calls at all. Been trying for a couple of days now. Waiting on the call 20+ mins at a time and still no answer.
