Poor customer service. Pharmacists don’t answer the phone and it goes to voice.Pharmacist canceled my prescription refill without notifying me.

What is the point of getting a job in CUSTOMER SERVICE if you treat customers like an inconvenience, give them the wrong information, and frankly refuse to help them.I have had 3 separate extremely negative experiences with 3 different cvs locations.All people need sometimes is a little compassion and someone who is willing to help. Not much to ask for but for the employees at CVS, apparently it is.What a disappointment and a shame.

Pharmacy is awful.Pharmacist is very rude and lazy.They close the drive thru 30 mins before closing time .

CVS customer for years in Phoenixville, but used this location for my daughter at WCU. Awful! Prescription was called in from Dr last Tuesday. My wife goes to pick up and gets told “we can not fill…issue with provider”. When she asks what that means, the pharmacist just reiterated his unhelpful statement. I call and speak to a different pharmacist and she says “we can’t fill it because you have no refills”. My daughter confirms with her doctor that the prescription was sent and calls CVS back…and finds out it is there ready for pickup! Can not believe two CVS’ers got it so wrong before a third got it right. I should have respected the 2 star rating for this place.

This CVS pharmacy is AWFUL. Nobody pick Call, quite late response. My doctor submitted my prescription and pharmacist didn’t know the transfer Process. Almost a week now no response.

10+++++ stars for Walle the pharmacist. Walle looked for my script and took the time to go through his voicemail when they were very busy. My doctor managed to send my scripts to a Walgreens in west Chester. Walle transferred my scripts to this store to fill.People need to learn to be patient. There are two people in the pharmacy working currently, the pharmacist and a guy who started today.

I've been to this cvs three times in the past month. It's like a ghost town. There are never any employees so you're forced to use the self checkout. But if there's an error or you're buying something that requires ID validation forget about it. You'll be waiting there till the cows come home

This CVS pharmacy is AWFUL. I am so livid. I ALWAYS have a horrible experience here as far as communication, timing, and customer service. However this is the most convenient location for me. The experience I had today was horrendous. It took them 2 hours to fill 3 prescriptions yet told me it would only take 20 minutes. To make matters worse.. I get home and my one medicine is missing.. yes they gave me three bottles.. BUT THE ONE BOTTLE WAS THE INCORRECT MEDICINE. This could have been deadly. Im so annoyed. The warning pamphlets all have the three correct medicines yet the bottles have something completely different written on them and the pills don’t look how I know they should.

The most unreliable pharmacy ever. Can’t get a live person on the phone, and there’s no consistency to when they will or won’t be open. In addition, pulled up to the store at 9am and no one was there to open the store. Been going to CVS for many years—have tried to be patient with the labor shortage, but it’s totally unreasonable and unacceptable
