If I could give it negative stars I would. The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The pharmacist is incompetent so much so that I would like to contact the Pennsylvania department of Pharmacy: I’m not quite sure how he has a job. Every time I go, I wait in line for an exorbitant amount of time. Some of the staff can barely speak English (which is no fault if their own) but you cannot have a conversation with them. The store manager doesn’t seem like he is interested in even doing anything about it. I waited Friday for a medication that was supposed to be filled by 5:00 pm. It’s Sunday evening and I still don’t have it.

Consistently poor experience getting prescriptions filled here. Lose my mind every time I have to deal with this pharmacy.

The pharmacist and techs were super polite with me on the phone/in person they even went above and beyond to help dispense my meds as closing hours were upon.

They need to get the pharmacy checked out. There has been many issues with getting prescriptions and there are many delays getting what we need.

Do not go to this CVS! There is definitely something going there. They don’t answer the phone and nobody knows what they are doing. Today they sent the wrong prescription for me that my husband picked up. It was a prescription that they had just filled a couple weeks ago. They saw it could be refilled and just didn’t look at my current one. I am switching to Walgreens. I really needed it but they close at 7 pm.

Worst pharmacy. Really bad experiences every time, and only this store. Every other CVS works fine. Avoid. Very long wait time (25 minutes) for pickup (already contacted as "ready). This has happened several times.

If I could give 0 stars that would be appropriate. My Doctor sent a script at1:30 pm.at 4:30 pm went to the drive thru to pick it up. Once I was waited on the tech told me it wasn't ready but they were expediting it. I waited 20 minutes in the parking lot then went to see if it was ready. I was told no it was still in expediting queue. Another 20 minutes later I went back up to the counter and was told it was still in process but they couldn't tell me when it would be finished. At this point I asked for the manager. The manager was called over the PA, however another 10 minutes passed. When the manager finally came to address my concerns, it was the same person who told me it was still in process but he would check again. I followed him back to the pharmacy and waited 15 minutes only to be told that there was a computer glitch and the item was not in the store but he would call and transfer this over to the Glen Mills pharmacy Store, that stays open until 9:00 pm. At 7:30 pm we called the Glen Mills pharmacy to see if it was ready! Turns out the prescription was never transferred and there was nothing that could be done until the prescription was transferred by the 1200 Wilmington pike store. What a shit show this CVS is. If I didn't have to use this CVS Owned by Aetna! I wouldn't! A complete lack of care and follow through to make sure customers care is a first priority. Oh and the bathroom "Filthy" no soap to wash your hands, no sanitizer and and overflowing trash can! This store is a health care nightmare!

The pharmacy has been taking forever. I had a prescription emergency refill that they were a day late on filling and then it took me 20 minutes in the drive thru to get it. Made me late for my son’s little league game.

Do not go here for any reason. Tried to get a flu shot and it just wasn't possible. I checked in... and then nothing. They just disappeared. I've never seen anything like this. I guess they are too busy

CVS has a bad reputation, but maybe it is the Miles Rd location that is giving it such bad credibility. This CVS is exactly great for what you need—friendly people, phones that get answered, no issues. I've only used the pharmacy and drive thru, so can't speak to the inside, but great job on the pharmacy. Boo to Miles Rd.

Just received my shingles shot at the West Chester Wilmington Pike (202) CVS and the person giving me the shot first says to me so you are my victim. I should have left right then. I’m so upset. Things didn’t seem very sterile and I’m now regretting going thru with this.

The pharmacy is out of stock on many occasions, the otc medicine is very expensive and the pharmacist is rude

The female pharmacist here is the rudest individual I have dealt with in a pharmacy. I waited 15 minutes behind one customer and when I asked if she could tell me how much longer I would have to wait to just pick up a script, she was ignorant and told me I couldn't jump the queue. Nasty, nasty person. Will never go there again.

I have used this CVS since forever. Today I went to pick up my prescription's after they were going to close for lunch. Sophie and her Pharmacy Tech took care of me. "NO PROBLEM". I love my CVS at 1200 Wilmington Pike. Sophie The Pharmacist and her staff have always been the best. The store manager and his staff are AWESOME too. Always ready to answer any questions and go above and beyond.
