I was gonna write a detailed review and tell about my most recent bad experiences at this CVS (there have been several). But I see everyone already beat me to that. So I'll just save time by saying ... avoid frustrating yourself and don't shop here. Hopefully, in time it closes and is replaced by a business that serves the community better.

I've been to this cvs three times in the past month. It's like a ghost town. There are never any employees so you're forced to use the self checkout. But if there's an error or you're buying something that requires ID validation forget about it. You'll be waiting there till the cows come home

This CVS takes so long to fill orders or wait time in the pick up drive through line!!! horrible customer service. No one is ever available when you need help in the store or never picks up the phone. always late to open the store

This is the most annoying CVS ever. They take forever to fill prescriptions and let you wait in line for half hour+ to pick up meds. It's ridiculous. Don't stop by to pick stuff up quick if you're in a hurry.

The absolute worst pharmacy on the planet. Every time you try to call it's 35 to 45 min hold time, even my doctor can't get through. Took two days to get through with a prescription only to find out after waiting the whole day that they didn't stock it and they texted me to call for other options. I called and was on hold for another 45 mins only to find out they wanted me to call around to all the cvs stores to see if one of them stocked it because they didn't have the time to help me. This is an example of corporate greed, the company wants to make everyone go there by making deals with the insurance companies taking away business from everyone else but still not staffing the pharmacies and overworking their staff so they are miserable and mean to the patients, not giving a s*** if they are in need of an rx to make them well. What a disgrace.

One star is more than enough for this pharmacy. They don't seem to care about urgency of getting the medication or their own time commitment. The prescriptions are never ready and always ask you to come back again. This last time I called ahead 1 day in advance still when I reached there to pickup, I was told that it is not ready please comeback later. This has happened multiple times.

Multiple bad experiences at this CVS. People behind the counter don't seem to care. My doctor faxed my prescription 3 times and CVS claims not to have received it. They told me I couldn't call my doctor in the store, but had to step outside the store do that. (I didn't) When my doctor office asked to verify the fax number, the gentleman behind the counter got very snippy. I've been a CVS customer for over 30 years, but I'm done. On to a new pharmacy with better customer service.
