What a wonderful place. The tech / owner? fixed my minor repair so quickly and didn't charge me for it, although I offered to pay. So very gracious of him to do this for me. I highly recommend this place for any type of repair work.

Wife’s phone was having way too many popups and ads and I was worried it was a virus and would need to get a new Simcard and pay all this extra money to clean it up. I stopped by this place, and Matt was the man! Walked me through how to clean it up myself. Awesome dude and awesome customer service. Keep this place in mind!

These guys are fantastic! Our first born has just learned how to throw things across the room, and I turned my back momentarily only to see my phone airborne in the living room. Needless to say it did not survive the trip. I walked in late afternoon, and even though I have an older phone (Samsung S10+) these guys had the parts and were able to get me fixed within a couple of hours!Not sure what I would have done otherwise, I called around and stopped in several repair shops (all over the County) and they had the best price and parts in stock!I will be recommending them to anyone from here on out. Fast, courteous, and good prices!

I was so upset when my screen looked damaged, then by chance I happened upon CPR Cell Phone Repair. I was told that my phone was ok and only the screen cover was damaged. Sixty dollars and 5 minutes later my phone was fixed. The technician was excellent and in no time I went back to the party I had left to check out this place. Made my day!

When my laptop began overheating to the point of being a hazard, I brought it in to CPR. CPR staff were knowledgeable and explained clearly both pricing and possible repairs. My computer is running well again. I will definitely use their expertise again next time my hardware needs repairs.

Had hole in my camera glass on my Pixel 6. They were able to order the part and had it by the next day. Took the phone in after they contacted me and it was fixed in a couple of hours. Nice, quick, convenient service and reasonable.

These guys were fantastic!! Super nice, super professional. Had my daughter's phone fixed quickly. Hopefully their services are not needed, but would go back in a heartbeat if they are.

I stopped into CPR with Daughter's iPhone. Her ear speaker was very low and barely could hear phone calls when not on external speaker. I received quotes from other service stores estimating over $100 to repair. Chandler welcomed us professionally and kindly, and asked if he could "assess" the issue with her phone. 5 min later he returned the phone to us working 100%, stating there was just a block in the speaker from lint/dust and that the issue was easily rectified. The service was impeccable, and Chandler was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ask for him! Don't take your iDevices anywhere else. These folks are wonderful, and glad to have them local here in West Chester PA. Additionally, Ricardo is another on the front line at this store and provides wonderful customer service. Love these guys and CPR! would have given 10 *'s if I could... Thank you!

I can't speak highly enough of these guys! They've come to my rescue twice, and both times have been just about as smooth and seamless a process as you can imagine. Not what you would typically imagine when it comes to having a repair done through an insurance claim; their service is the epitome of effective. The scheduling application on their website (or sent via email if filing a claim) is very user-friendly, and they have a fantastic span of availability. In less than 18 hours I went from filing my claim, to booking, dropping my phone off, and retrieving it good as new.

Was sent to this place from our cell phone provider & they were great! They got me right in, and they said an hour to fix it. It was done in less than an hour! Their customer service was really friendly too.

All reps were fantastic!! Helpful and informative. Got my ancient iPod syncing and replaced the battery in the other one. Apple and geek squad couldn’t fix either problem!

Chandler was awesome, my phone really needed CPR , my glass was shattered to pieces but a hour later it look like a new phone. Thanks again I will recommend family and friends and co workers . Matt checking out was awesome as well!

I came in with a messed up iPhone 13 Pro they looked at the damage the price was actually pretty fair due to the condition they were extremely helpful every single one of the employees there. I want to thank them very very much for bringing my phone back to life thank you guys so much I will be using them, in the in the near future???? If I could give them more stars, I would, but five is the max in my honest opinion, I would give them about 30 stars

I had my screen replaced here last month. Got caught in a rainstorm. Albeit a bad rainstorm yesterday. Phone stopped working. Was told phone is water resistant but not water proof. Now I am out the original deductible and the replacement deductible. Total BS
