Have an 05' vette with 5000 miles. Wanted a good mechanic to take care of it. Found Joe Lombardo and team at County Corvette. No one will ever work on the car again but them.

I began using County Corvette to service my classic Corvette immediately after its purchase and always had stellar service. Every single person I have come in contact with was always a pleasure to meet. They treat all of their customers with kindness and respect and truly appreciate your patronage! I recently used them for the sale of my car through their consignment service and it was easily the best decision I ever made. The experience was seamless and easy and just as with their service department, the sales team exceeded any expectations I could have had. Don’t hesitate to reach out and ask questions about all of their services and products!

When the tow truck driver arrived, my car was covered in so much dust, he asked if it was a barn find.My C5, when parked, had the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. While only having 28k miles, the heater didn't work, the fuel door didn't open from the switch, the exhaust wasn't lined up (both sides had fallen off and the dealership, yes dealership, gave it back to me this way). The starter had a hot spot and the LS1 had the belt squeek from the harmonic balancer issue. Oh and it was going into Limp Mode despite having it serviced for the steering column recall. It had been started all of once since 2015 (until last week) so the tires had flat spots and the battery was toast. As I debated where to go, I thought about trying another dealership but would I really get a tech who knew the ins and outs of my car? Would I get an outrageous bill for mid level service? After much deliberation, I thought that I wanted to make sure the car was done right, that I would get GM parts, and a knowledgeable technician. Sure, maybe the bill would be a little more, but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for," and I wanted the best.I went in on a Friday and the Service Manager was OOO. Still Mike took me into the office and we spoke at length. He provided a tour of the facility and I was awe struck at the quality of workmanship being performed. They were in the middle of multiple restorations on cars I could only dream of affording. To hear Mike wax poetically about his efforts to get the paint correct on a gorgeous C2 to meet NCRS standards left me spell bound. After just a few days Joe, the Service Manager, provided a detailed report of everything for the car from Adam, their Service Technician who specializes in the C5. Additionally, Joe painstakingly researched multiple tires before suggesting those that would be the best value (not the most expensive) for the car.Despite the comprehensive report I had a number of additional requests. I am always use to getting pushback from other repair shops for a multitude of reasons. Not once did Joe and I disagree on parts or services needed and next steps. Joe took down all of my requests and the next time I heard from him, everything was completed.I stopped in to leave a deposit while they waited for parts to come in. I had the opportunity to meet Joe in person this time and have a follow up conversation with Adam. I started going over the laundry list. Each and every time, I got the same response: "Yes, that's taken care of. Yes, I saw that and I fixed it. Yes, and while I was in there, I saw this and fixed this as well."That last example is about the exhaust. Adam fixed it and lined it up. There was a broken stud in the mid pipe. I didn't know why it wasn't lined up but it was off. I just assumed it was something I'd have to live with. Adam proactively looked into it and fixed it.During the entire conversation with Joe and Adam, I was equally impressed with the attention to detail on repairs performed, but also the care taken on my car. Indeed, I feel as if both of them actually cared about my car as much as I did. Reread that sentence again. They actually cared about my car as much as I did. When, in this day and age, did you think that you'd ever be able to say that? That I was more than just a "customer" and my car was something other than just "inventory."I drove it for just a few days, but it's now cleaned and tucked away in a barn. It was never intended to be a daily driver before and that won't start now. But i promise to take it out more often because every one of those miles last week was filled with joy. The car drove flawlessly. I haven't smiled that much since, well, pause, I can't put that in writing here. And it's all thanks to the efforts of Joe, Adam, and the staff at County Corvette.

Reviews are interesting. I have nothing but A1 opinions about the quality of County Corvette's service and willingness to deal with issues. My 69 big block car had many issues that were unidentified by me that County found and worked with me to economically correct which included frame replacement. The engine rebuild also failed and when the machine shop was slow to own the problem, County retrieved my engine and performed the rebuild which included cam and lifter replacement. This was almost a total rebuild of the car. When a minor problem surfaced as a result of dirt in a fuel line ...was in the tank which I did not replace...County came and picked up the car in an enclosed trailer to go to their shop. The trailer ride, troubleshooting and repair were no charge. This car was a gift to my daughter. It has now won several trophies including "Best In Show" at an event in Lebanon, Pa yesterday. She and her husband are thrilled. This tri-powered big block with the 435 HP cam and solid lifters is a thrill to drive and very well behaved. County also found a big block '65 coupe which I purchased from them. They made sure this car was correct and made a few modifications I had requested. They stood behind this car also and corrected a few issues as they came up with minimal impact on me. They stood behind their slogan.."When it must be right". Someday I may purchase a C1 or another C2 (my favorite) from them. County Corvette is as good as they get. Thanks to all the folks who run the place and worked on my two vehicles!

We were selling a family members 1964 Corvette. Knowing nothing about cars, let alone Corvettes, we figured these guys would be a good place to start. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and all-knowing when it comes to Corvettes. Their showroom of vintage Corvettes is pretty amazing too.If you need some Corvette work or just have questions, these guys are IT!!!

I was looking for a shop to paint stripes on my Corvette and went to County Corvette to get the job done. When I dropped the vehicle of for the appointment, they brought the vehicle in right away and before I got home they sent pictures of what design they wanted to do and I approved. They did a fabulous job. I cannot be more pleased.

Asked more than five times for estimate on work being done on my 62 corvette, never got an answer. Finally went to pick up car and had a ridiculous bill for over $5500. This included $1500. to rebuild a carb, a new one was $450.why didn’t they just put a new one on? The rebuilt carb still didn’t have a working choke. Rear brakes and seals were also ridiculously priced . Overall a total ripoff. They did give me back just over $900 for the carb rebuild. Couldn’t give me an answer on why they didn’t suggest a new one vs re So I have a carb with still no choke. Very disappointed with whole experience. Make sure you try for estimates, you won’t get them. Time and materials.FYI it was a Holley carb. It wasn’t original. Your service manager said the replacement would have been around$450. He also said you are a Holley distributor so it would have been easy to match with the list code. You handled the carb totally wrong which leads to the other services being handled wrong too. No you cannot please everyone, especially if your service department overcharges and handles repairs this way.

I own a 2003 50th Anniversary Corvette convertible and have been dealing with taking my corvette to the dealership to get all of my maintence and repairs taken care of.Last year, I had a terrible experience with the dealership with repair done to my vehicle. I also witnessed a younger mechanic stall my vehicle twice as he attempted to drive off. Needless to say, I am done with this dealership for any more work that needs to be provided on my vehicle.I researched places to take my vehicle and found County Corvette. My first impression of this place is "Wow"! These guys really know their stuff. I talked with Mike E., who scheduled me for an appointment and took care of my vehicle's needs in a timely fashion when I showed up. Luke, another one of the team members, was also courteous and professional when I spoke to him regarding parts. With many options on the market for repairing vehicles, this group of individuals exceeded my expectations and are well deserving of my business for all my future corvette needs.

County Corvette refurbished my 1957 corvette about 17 years ago. This included a new paint job. It looked great then and today the car does not have one blemish crack or any sign of aging. It still turns heads where ever we take it. This paint job looks like it was just done. After painting they shipped car to Florida where it has been the whole time. I would never have anyone else paint my car. Its worth the shipment cost as I can attest to 17 years later. They do the best work I have ever seen and very professional with no surprises.
