Even though I wasn't able to complete what I needed because of something I didn't forgot to bring on my end, I still wanted to give this location a five star review because the customer service here is the best out of any of the many Citadel locations I've been to over the years.

We have been banking with Citadel for over 20 years and really have nothing but positive things to say about our experiences. Years ago the West Goshen branch was on Paoli Pike and Boot Rd. Every Saturday my kids and I would take our deposit from our karate fundraisers up to the counter and the tellers were always great with out kids. Now that the branch is on West Chester Pike, most of the bank officers know me on site and they always provide courteous and professional service. My family doesn't bring Citadel a bunch of money but they still always make us feel special. Thank you!

I’ve been with citadel since 2015, and they have always been so helpful. At the West Chester office, Liz has continuously provided exceptional customer service. She will call people over when she sees they have been waiting in line, or just ask about our day, and is so kind to our daughter. We finally opened a bank account for her, and Liz was phenomenal, and engaged with our 16 month old. The tellers have always been great too, and drive thru. Every now and then when an overdraft occurs, they are very helpful and on occasion will remove the over draft fee. Thank you Citadel, and Liz for always providing great customer service.

Absolute joke. Was with them my entire life with no issues. Last several months I’ve called them on 2 fraudulent charges they didn’t notice at all and my card was placed on feeder when I made a purchase at a local place I used card all the time. DO NOT EVWR TRUST YOUR ASSETS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I once had thousands stolen out of my account here, and more recently they decided to lower their daily ATM limit and when asked why would not provide a reason. Whoever currently runs this location is failing hard.

I had a teller at this branch a few months ago tell me that I need to use the ATMs for check deposits when using the drive through. He seemed bother by doing a trivial transaction. This morning after trying to make a deposit at their ATM the dollar amount on one of the checks was not legible through the ATM and need to be approved. 15 minutes I waited because no one approved the check amount . Once I finally did receive the checks and cards back after being able to cancel the transaction, I drove around and went inside. I explained what happened and asked the teller if they get alerts she said no, to which I guess another teller spoke up and said 'it rings on an iPad and apologized. The first teller just gave an emotionless look. I said to the first teller, "all I wanted was I'm sorry we will look into it. That's it." She still wouldn't respond. That branch lacks tellers with any customer service skills. That's two different ones that treat you clients like annoyances.

I have been banking with Citadel since I was a teenager. 10 years later and I'm still pleased with their service! I typically frequent the West Chester location. Elizabeth Keeler and Danielle Burkett have been wonderful in helping me with anything I need. There are ALWAYS friendly faces there, though. Thank you Citadel for keeping old school, friendly, customer service alive!

CCU is my third credit union in my life and they have been really great. Their customer service is always kind and helpful and they make banking so easy for us. I highly recommend them for personal or business banking.

It is almost impossible to actually reach someone on the phone. I jumped through all of the hoops through the automated assistant (who couldn't help me) only to be told it would be 15-20 minutes before I could speak to someone. Literally, I could drive there and walk in faster. All I want to do is change the due date for my auto loan payment. It really shouldn't be this hard. Complete waste of my time.

I went to a Citadel branch to make a change of address . I have my car loan through this credit union. I worked with Senior Financial Service representative LeiAja “Lei” Scott at the Glen Mills office. Lei should not be in a client facing position. Not personable or accommodating. Though she kept telling me if I had a Citadel account I could make the address change online. There are reps to help me through the process of opening an account. Why couldn’t she have assisted me with this? I only had my drivers license with my old address. Lei said without anything showing my new address she could not help me. I told her that maybe the Citadel phone rep should have told me I would need some sort of correspondence showing my present address when when you going to a Citadel local branch. Lei had no response. I’mNot sure why Lei could not see the change of address on my car loan account as I made the change over the phone with a Citadel phone rep. over a week ago.If I didn’t have my car loan through this credit union you can bet I would not be a customer!
