Good nail salon but disappointed after today. I called earlier this week and made an appointment for 5:00. They took so many walk ins that I waited 15 minutes and still had 2 more pedicures ahead of me. I left and went to Holly’s Nails which is 2 minutes away and also quite nice. Prices and service were comparable and I got home in time, which I wouldn’t have had I stayed and continued to wait at Chester County. What’s the point of booking an appointment if they let walk ins take the time slot anyway?

I have been getting consistently great manicures and pedicures here for years. The staff is so friendly and always seem to be in a great mood. Personal touch goes a long way for me so the fact that they remember me by name, small details about my life and specifics about my services really makes the difference between this place and other in-and-out nail salons.

I’ve been going to this salon for several years and started bringing my mom as well. Everyone is super nice and they always do such a wonderful job. Annie, the owner, is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and special. My mom is older and she is always right there ready to her help in whatever way is needed. Thanks for always making our visits perfect!!!

Lovely salon, not rushed. Sang, who was the first male I ever had do my nails, was fantastic! So personable, so kind. He did an amazing job, I explained what I wanted and he went above & beyond to make it perfect ? I highly recommend <3

Chesco Nails have become a staple in my self care routine! I never get my nails done anywhere else. Every employee here is amazing and Annie cares so much for her business. I’d recommend making an appointment beforehand because they are often busy. So worth it every time; my dip and pedis last for a month!

It's a little expensive and chaotic sometimes because they need more staff but otherwise it's a nice place and they do good work.

WHY??????? I called to ask. Why does your company put an EXPIRATION DATE on a GIFT CARD?? The owner said, "IT'S MY RULES!!!!" So if you want to lose your hard earned money because life gets busy, stressful or you just misplaced that gift card and then you find it tucked in a back draw etc. . The owner, I'll assume believes she should (after a year) keep/STEAL your hard earned MONEY because you weren't there within her time frame!!?She doesn't apparently misplace anything?Oh to be so perfect !!!!!!She also took another person with no appointment before me as I waited a half hour & she was there two minutes but was apparently a regular as the owner knew her name. I guess that means if you're a walk in she doesn't know, you can WAIT???????!!!!!Another reason NOT to go here!!

Annie runs a very efficient and professional salon! She and the rest of the staff are so nice! I tried several salons in the WC area, and this is the best one. I won't go anywhere else now.

Place is clean but the problem is they are in a rush with your services I felt like i was going through the wash during my pedicure very painful and rough. I didn't enjoy it at all. I paid almost a $100To be rushed.Services: Manicure
