Going in at 12:30 on a Saturday to open a bank account and they tell me that it can’t do it because it will take over an hour… seriously! There more concern about getting out of work than customers. Thank you chase!
Besides, there’s no customer parking at this location, it takes so long to find parking ! Waste of time. AWFAL BRANCH.

Disappointing. Bare minimum effort in assisting a new account; was given two phone numbers and wished good luck. Ultimately was just transferred around until the call dropped. With this level of apathy out the gate, can't image what it's like when you need actual support. Pass.

I was having difficulties accessing my online accounts when Monroeville employees Brandon and Lou saved the day! They not only enabled meto regain access to my accounts, they were patient and respectful whiledoing so. Thank you guys! You're the best!

Ahmed was accommodating when we were opening my business account. He also helped to sort out some issues we faced with being wrongfully charged by chase. He was very friendly and helpful.

Chase bank is absolutely the best. They are extremely accommodating. Always right there to answer questions and be helpful. The only drawback is that it is in town and finding parking is not always easy. But not enough of a drawback to leave them.

This bank validates parking for their customers at the by Centennial Lot across from Barnaby’s . This staff is amazing! The technology they have is way better than any other bank

Opened a joint checking account. The bank manager was professional and friendly. Looks like this branch opened early this past year and is just getting started in West Chester. I've been trying to get out of WF for a while now, I think I just found my new bank.
