Tony Pino at Carisma of West Chester Pa did an outstanding job repairing the dents on my F150 after a guy hit me in a parking garage. Luckily, the paint was not damaged and my dad and I were able to remove the scratches. So, I called Carisma who I’ve used in the past for hail damage repair. I spoke with Tony and after seeing my truck he felt confident he could repair all the dents. He did a phenomenal job! Thank you Tony and Carisma! Here are some before & after pictures.

Had a great experience with Carisma, I took my 2023 Honda CR-V to get a couple of pesky dings out, turns out there were more than I thought but the price remained very reasonable and they got them all out in less than 30 minutes, very professional and very good work, car looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend anyone to take your car here for PDR before looking anywhere else

Tony did a fabulous job repairing 3 dents (one significant) on my wife's SUV door.
Carisma was recommended to me by my Volvo dealer and I couldn't be happier with the repair and reasonable cost.
Tony was easy to work with returning my call and working around our busy schedules.

10/10 Tony is amazing. Bought my genesis g70 less than 6 months ago and was super bummed to see someone nicked my passenger door with their door. Left a decent dent. Tony took care of it - it’s completely gone. Highly recommend. Thanks, Tony!!

I honestly cannot say enough about this shop and Wayne’s work.
We scheduled the work to get done, I pulled up according to my appt time and was in and out. The repair on my X5 was flawless and doesn’t look like anything ever happened.
Fair prices, convenient, and superb work.
I for sure will be taking my other vehicle to this shop for a repair and recommend this shop to anyone within the area.

Extremely happy with my service at Carisma. I had a small dent on the hood of my car. Initially, I took it to an auto body repair shop, but they suggested that Carisma might be able to fix it quicker and more affordably. They were certainly correct. Carisma was able to fix the dent immediately and at a reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent; it is impossible to find the location of the original dent. Great work and service!

Had a quarter size door ding on my F150 drivers side door. Met with Garrett for a review and estimate. He was confident he could fix it. He executed the repair the following day and he didn’t disappoint. Door looks good as new.Highly recommend Carisma for your dentless paint repairs.Rick G.

I came in with a ding on my brand new 2023 Mercedes 300. It was a great experience and they removed the ding in less than 30 minutes. The car looks as good as it did 3 weeks ago when I took delivery!

PDR - I brought my 2022 Silverado in for a door ding. Having aluminum doors makes this process a little more difficult but the crew at Carisma “knocked it out” with ease. Can’t even notice. Very reasonably priced. Excellent work and already recommended them to a few other people.
