I started seeing Susan 2 years ago when I moved to WC. When I moved to Chesterbrook, I didn’t want to do the drive so I tried finding a good tech near me. Unfortunately, no one compared not to mention my nails started breaking. She is so meticulous with my nails, ensures not to use product that is not necessary and makes my nails look beautiful that I started taking the drive again and not looking back. Not to mention that everyone there is super nice and friendly. You feel like family. ?

Requested style: I tried an American manicure for the first time per my stylist suggestion and I love it!
Specialties: Because my own nails are so short underneath and they show he was so accommodating trying different colors to cover my nails!
Cleanliness: The salon was very clean. My stylist cleaned up after every step. Offered me water to drink and the bathroom was spotless.
Stylist: Lee is my stylist. He is the best. Very gentle and professional!

terrible is an understatement. the man did an awful job, didn’t clean around my nails, cut me drilling my nails countless times, put on my acrylics crocked, and didn’t apply the nail polish evenly. and the place is not clean, not relaxing, and filled with dust ALL OVER. waste of time, and waste of money.

Ann is awesome! I‘ve searched everywhere for someone to do my nails the way she does and no luck. So even though she’s almost an hour away, it’s worth the drive. And she’s good company too!!

The nail tech didn't clean around my nails. I had a dark color on before and I had to keep telling there was still nail polish left on my nails. She ended up putting acrylic over old color! The paint is chunky my nails were not filed. I won't be returning

Walked in just for a basic eyebrow wax....yeah so rude of these people. Not a single person acknowledged me when I walked in. No "I'll be right with you" or "what are you getting done today." Just looked at me and just carried on with their customer. Couldn't take a second to do this. Takes 5 mins of their precious time. Should have taken the hint when a customer walked out that this visit wouldn't work out. This is on my way home from work so thought it would be simple. Nope. All it did was take this place off my list. Guess they didn't want my business. Oh well.
