As they always do, Service took good care of me! Tire prices and install were even competitive with online. Charlie knows his job and what the car needs but without the high pressure sale. I'm picky, especially about my car, and drive 2 hours each way to get Exton Nissan service. It's that good!

Absolutely no follow up from the technician handling my case. I had to make all the calls to push to find out about my car. Even when they promised to call me and give me an update they didn't. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Can't say enough good things about the friendly and professional service I received. Using the app, I got an estimate within hours, and they booked my repair and a rental car as soon as they received the parts. My rental was waiting when I arrived, check in was fast, and they had my car finished the next day! Everything was smooth and seamless, communication was via text, and everyone I came into contact with was just really nice and efficient. The BEST - and totally unexpected part of my experience - is they returned my very dirty car beautifully detailed- they even removed some slime from the carpet, saving me a trip and the expense of a full detail. I highly recommend Bush Collision. Thank you!

Customer Service was Great. Very. Friendly Staff, However they sold me a car and the sales person was not honest and did not tell me that the car had several scratches and dents on it when I purchased it. The day I brought the vehicle it was cold and sunny out and the dents were not noticeable due to the color of the. Vehicle. If I had seen all the imperfections at the time. I would not havepurchased that particular. vehicle. I will never buy another vehicle from Bush Auto Group and I will tell my friends and family not to purchase from there as well. I gave a 3 rating because of the Great customer service. Other wise I would have rated a one. Due to the dishonesty.
