Worst experience EVER!!! First there was no one there at 11 AM at our reservation time. Then they didn’t have our van. The attendant was smirking at us the whole time. Guess she thought it was funny that our moving plans were completely ruined. The truck we ended up with was a complete price of trash, check engine light was on and could barely close the drivers side door. Honestly horrific experience!!!! Unfortunately can’t give Zero stars…

Reserved truck 3 weeks in advance of move. Received notification that they had canceled the reservation 4 days before the move.

This place has horrible customer service, it was closed for over an hour in the middle of the day when I was trying to drop the rental off and had to run back out to do so. The 1800 number was terrible, I could not understand the person on the other line. I waited on hold for over 25 minutes to speak to a supervisor who did nothing.

Customer service was really poor, and because it was a manager who was dealing with us, it was even more disappointing. So, we then had to deal with the owner; the owner said she would follow up with us by cc'ing us on her communication with the location where we picked up the car. That never happened despite her insistence that she would do so. And she was so insistent because I was so doubtful (rightly so).

Budget might be cheaper, but with their awful customer service, you are better off going with another company . Despite entering the make and model of the car I was towing in my reservation online, the car dolly would not carry my car. Had to wait 8 hours for roadside assistance to have this confirmed. Told me I would need a car carrier, budget told me they would find one the next day (my moving day). Never called me back, ended up finding one on my own. Picked it up, and their budget person called out sick, so only a woman from avis was there, and she was not able to help us put the car on the carrier. I called roadside assistance AGAIN, and they didn't give me an eta. I waited for an hour in the middle of Philadelphia, then gave up and left my car in pennsylvania. We had to fly back to pick up our car and drive it down to texas. Budget told me to save receipts, and they would compensate me for the trip. We saved our receipts, but when we emailed them off, we were told that budget was "not responsible", and that according to their terms and agreements, they are not responsible for a car not fitting on a car dolly. So on top of the 1700 dollars I spent with budget, I had to spend an additional 550 to drive my car again, only to be told by budget that they wouldn't to anything to help us. Customer service is horrible, I would urge you to use another company

We use these guys quite bit during our busy season and they always come through. We have been really pleased! Cars are always there and are clean!

Lost our reservation, manager left in the middle of sorting it out and the agent didnt know how to fix anything, then they lost our info after we already had the vehicle

Horrible, What they always try is to just charge you extra. Put a hold only account for a week even though i did not rent the car and their mistake was they charged me before they offered me a fair price. I am gonna bash them today.
