I cannot recommend Boyle's enough. They were excellent to work with from start to finish. Zac quickly came out, reviewed the work we needed, and promptly provided a proposal for the cost. Jacqi was a huge help in terms of selecting the right flooring options. Install was a smooth process and we're delighted with how everything turned out.

Boyle’s does a great job from start to finish, no matter how big or small the job is. Their sales team service is timely and professional. Installers are on time, professional, courteous and do great work. And, of course, they check in afterwards to make sure everything went well. It’s my go-to for all things flooring.

In installing carpeting on hall stairs and second floor hallway, the workers severely damaged newly painted railings, doorways and walls. The installers did not care that they had caused such damage. The owner also had no concern about the damage done and merely suggested a minor reduction in the cost. This company is in no way professional. The repairs were extensive.

We have used Boyles for several carpeting projects over the years. Customer service is always A+. We always work with Nancy who is very patient in showing different options and being aware of our budget. She always makes us feel that we can ask or request anything and she does her best to make it happen.

Boyles is the best. From Nancy's professional advice and knowledge in picking out our dining room hardwood floor to Joey installing it so perfectly, it was a job well done. We also had wood plank vinyl flooring, also recommended by Nancy and installed by Horace for our screened in porch. The work ethic was amazing. From 8am to 6pm he did not stop until every plank was in place. He would not quit until the job was perfect and according to his standards. I would totally recommend this company.

I highly recommend Boyle's for flooring installation. Jacqui is a knowledgeable, no-pressure salesperson who came out to my home to take measurements and answer questions and helped me choose samples of vinyl planks and borrow them to take home and test in the space. Horace installed the flooring and did superb work, going above and beyond to make it seamlessly fit a built-in shelving unit. The whole experience was great and easy, and the team was very professional and respectful of my home, my budget limitations, and my time constraints. I wish that I could have such a positive experience with all home improvement contractors.
