I brought my new rescue rooster in with an eye issue and Dr Bob was very well knowledgeable about chickens and how to handle them! Very good experience!

My dog loves Dr Bob. He gets to the point when necessary and he takes the extra time when necessary. You can tell how much he cares about animals. We loved him and will definitely stay with him.

Took our 2 avians to see Dr. BOB. Just a quick nail trim for both and a small beak manicure for Slushee on the left. It was Tiki's first visit and she was a little nervous. Dr. Bob makes it all better as usual. We are so elated to have found such a fabulous exotics vet.

Excellent vet-highly competent, compassionate, dedicated. Our family has depended on Dr. D'Grigorio to care for our dogs for many years now, and he has never let us down.

The vet is fun. A very nice guy. Fred, the bitd is worth the visit. He sings and talks to you. He saw us on almost a moments notice. Not many would.

Dr. Bob is awesome. We take our parrots here and we couldn't be happier with the service he provides.

Dr. Bob was truly the best. Took great care of my little baby after a day of me worrying. He just really cares and it was an overall amazing first time visit. Glad to find someone great in the area! Will be back as a regular!!

Dr Bob is responsive, and dedicated which is why we have continued to visit his practice despite there being closer options.

Dr. Bob is a wonderful veterinarian. He is a very knowledgeable and astute diagnostician. He is also really down to earth. His love for animals is very apparent. If you're looking for a veterinarian who provides compassionate care and is a true expert, go see Dr. Bob!

I wish there was a zero starts to give. I called to get papers for my job for a client and the man who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I explained that I needed the due date on the paper and he was saying that I need to take it verbally and that he wasn’t going to send me over anything. Firstly anyone could take that phone call. Secondly that is not how you talk to someone. I just can’t imagine being a client there he was hands down rude and just kept saying he’s busy. I’ve never been talked to like that. He might have been the owner but that is not how you talk to anyone. I do NOT recommend because if he talked like that to me then I can’t imagine how he is with the clients! I was being completely respectful and calm! I have the phone recording too incase he denies it. This is not acceptable!

Would give zero stars if I could. Have a sick peregrine falcon - My father and I have been licensed falconers for 9 and 7 years respectively.Called today to see if I could bring the bird in, because she's REALLY not doing well. The Dr. asked questions about housing, feeding, etc. over the phone - all normal stuff. I arrive at the facility 15 minutes before the appointment time to allow time to fill out any paperwork. I get the bird out to look her over and make sure the car ride didn't negatively affect her too badly. The Dr. comes out and expects me to hand the bird over and stay outside. In the 9 years I've been doing falconry, I've had several vet trips and NOT ONCE been asked to hand the bird off IN THE PARKING LOT because it's a falcon. They require special handling. I tell him that's a policy that would have been nice to know before I drove an hour and a half to get here. He just asks me "well is it a problem?" And I responded "...yes. That's not a normal practice. That is something I should have been told before I drove an hour and a half to get here." And in the rudest, snottiest voice I have ever heard, he says "you know what? Then you can go somewhere else." And then walks away AS I AM STILL TALKING TO HIM and literally slams the door after shrugging at me. Hands down one of the rudest, most inconsiderate people I have ever met.On top of it all, the bird has had no food or fluids today in preparation for the appointment. So now I have a weak bird with no food or fluids in it that has been subjected to the stress of a 3 hour drive, and no diagnostics on what is wrong. Nice going, he clearly doesn't actually care about animals.
