“We just had stone damage repaired by Jeff @ Carisma West Chester and he did a great job! The glass surface is very smooth so the wipers aren't going to be damaged and the repair is almost invisible. Give Carisma a call when your car gets damaged!”
“I got rear ended and the woman had Geico. Upon calling Geico they said it would take six months or longer to get an adjuster out to look at my car, or I could take it to Crash Champions on Monday. I needed my car fixed so I took it to Crash Champions and got a rental from enterprise. After a week and a half my car was supposedly done. At pickup my car was clearly not done, so I gave Crash Champions another chance to fix it and they still could not fix it properly. They used a bumper that did not fit and they did a terrible job painting the bumper and part of the car. I called Geico and told them this is not acceptable and I had to have Mike Oliveri get on the call with the adjuster to point out the fact that six months to get my car looked at is not legal, because an insurance company has to get an adjuster out in a reasonable amount of time. Mike fought for us and once we got the okay for Classic to complete the repair he started work immediately. He had to undo EVERYTHING Crash Champions did to fix my car properly. After he painted he was still not happy so he did it again for me. Mike had to paint about half of my car to get the paint matched because of the sloppy job of Crash Champions. While my car was at Classic Coachworks I asked Mike to replace my front bumper as well due to some preexisting issues and he was happy to do that as well for a remarkable price. The shop is time efficient, they do a fantastic job, and they detailed my car so it looks better than new! I cannot thank Mike enough for helping me out during this whole fiasco and the unprofessionalism of Geico and Crash Champions.”

“Albeit, the damage was minor, I have the utmost respect for the time and patience it took to disassemble and reassemble my vehicle’s front end to repair the damage to my front bumper (caused by another driver who did not know their vehicle’s dimensions and swiped my front driver’s side). Classic Coachwork came recommended by my dealership and I will continue to sing their praises. Before insurance had ruled in my favor, I brought my 3 series BMW for a consult and did not realize how expensive it was to remove, repaint, and reinstall my front bumper and all it’s electronics, and they were willing to simply touch up the paint for me (before I found out I would not be paying out of pocket.) I am so pleased with their work (with PROPER repair of the damage) and recommend to anyone with any amount of body damage, large or small. I also have a dash cam and was able to witness first hand the care they took of my vehicle while in their possession. My car is PRISTINE (they even cleaned the engine bay!) and I could not be happier. Keep up the phenomenal work!”

“If there can be a bright side to dealing with the aftermath of an accident it's definitely Joe at Automotive Metal Works. I called him shaken up and not sure what to do. Joe patiently and calmly walked me through the process of what was needed to fix my car and took the usually immensely frustrating portion of dealing with the insurance company off my plate. He is incredibly talented, trustworthy, and honest. Pretty much the trifecta of traits you want in the person fixing your vehicle. My minivan was back to me honestly looking better than it ever had! As a mom constantly carpooling three young kids around it's so important to me to have the peace of mind that not only was done quickly and looking perfect-but that I knew it was in his care and back to me in tip top running shape. I had a unique situation and I was referred to Sev at Paintworks buy Pete and Dave at Meineke in West Chester who I highly recommend too. I was not disappointed.
