“Yarnall’s is my go to garage in West Chester. They have serviced our cars for more than 20 years, including rehabbing our families 1931 Chevy Roadster. My latest trip was for my old Ford pickup. Was in for inspection, oil change, repair under the front wheel well and new wipers. Dropped off at 7:30a and was ready for pickup before noon. Gotta love it! Really appreciate Yarnall’s, their help and guidance are priceless..”

James looked at my car and and told me the real problem, explaining and showing everything to me. It ended up being a totally different repair, saving me what would have been wasted money. “I've been here many times. Bill runs his shop like a swiss pocket watch. Sometimes I'll bring friends in with me when I take my car in so I can show them. Detailed explanations. Standby their work? If Bill doesn't stand by his shop's work then you can contact me personally. Their just is no way. Expect to be impressed.”

“I have taken my wife's car to Caliber 3 times in the past year and a half. Not that my wife is a bad driver, but her car does seem to be a magnet for debris and deer on the road. The car was drivable and the wife was okay. Each time it needed work I have taken the car to two Caliber Collision locations in my area. I had great experiences at both places. Work was done well and on-time and I was please how quickly and easily I could get on with my life after a few minor accidents. I am very appreciative of their services and the car looks like the day we brought it home. I highly recommend Caliber. I have a car from 2007 that needs paint, no damage, and I am hoping they might consider taking the job. I know they are backlogged and busy with accident repairs, but they did such a good job, I would like to take my other car to them for paint work because I trust them.”
“Mr Palmer was personable, responsive and helpful. They were all very professional and classy. Got a good deal on a great used car. We saw the car as they received it and loved it but they still took it into service to certify it and had to put new brakes and ac compressor in it and detailed it beautifully for us. “Tony Pino at Carisma of West Chester Pa did an outstanding job repairing the dents on my F150 after a guy hit me in a parking garage. Luckily, the paint was not damaged and my dad and I were able to remove the scratches. So, I called Carisma who I’ve used in the past for hail damage repair. I spoke with Tony and after seeing my truck he felt confident he could repair all the dents. He did a phenomenal job! Thank you Tony and Carisma! Here are some before & after pictures.”
“Mark, his wife and their team did a fenomenal job with their dry ice and undercoating service on my 2002 4runner. If you're looking to protect your vehicle from the salty winters, this service is a no brainer and honestly the right way to do it! My 4runner had minor surface rust along with some flaky spots here and there. Now it looks better than factory spec, with a nice flat, almost matte finish. No glossy or oily residue left behind, as they use Waxoyl. I'd like to mention that there was an issue regarding masking tape left on my rear shocks. Unfortunately, they forgot to remove it, and after driving the car home, the tape ended up blowing the top seals and leaking fluid. I contacted Mark immediately, and he offered to purchase and install a new set. I brought my car back, got a brand new set of Icon shocks installed and I was on my way! On top that they gave me a free Leading Edge Autosport shirt and a spray can of Waxoyl, just in case for the future! My 4runner looks great from the underside, it's protected from the elements and drives better than it did! What more could I ask! They specialize on higher end European vehicles, but rest assured, they're experts in the automotive world! Price was definitely reasonable considering the fact that dry ice blasting is a fairly new concept, and there are very few shops in the north east that can do it.”

I had issues with the selling dealership and another dealership closer to me. I searched out a different shop, but that didn't get back to me. I reached out to Brandywine Motor Works. I needed the PA Inspection and Emissions stickers, as well as an oil change and an engine and cabin air filter change.
This shop very accommodating in working with my work schedule. Everything was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. And, the price I paid for everything was much lower than the dealer and another shop. They use OEM parts and also use a BETTER oil than the BMW dealership.
Not to mention that Peter and his staff are all-around nice people!
I'm definitely going back to this shop for any needs to my BMW.”
“I want to give a huge shout out of thanks to DML for their help when I was in a bit of a bind a couple of weeks back. I was on my way to work when my car (2011 BMW 3-series) started overheating. Seeing the steam rising up from my hood, I knew I couldn't just keep driving. Fortunately, I was only blocks from DML, so plodded my way in bumper to bumper traffic up to their lot and pulled in. One of the mechanics came right out to me seeing the steam. We popped the hood and he confirmed his hunch of a split coolant line. They were completely booked up for the day, but offered to attempt to fit it in as soon as the next day if he could given their workload.
I told him I was coincidentally planning to bring it that same afternoon to a nearby import specialist for a completely unrelated repair (hello money pit). Knowing the short distance to the other mechanic, they said it would be safe to drive to the other mechanic once the car cooled down and was topped off. They asked me to hangout for a bit and after about 20 minutes, popped into the waiting room, told me they topped it off and to get moving ASAP because it was slowly leaking out - No charge! I hopped in and was on my way.
Fortunately, the stars aligned and the lights were green along my route, so I made it just as the temperature and steam started to rise again. So THANK YOU for the very kind gesture and free assistance - as a result, I’m scheduling my next routine maintenance with DML and look forward to the start of a long-term relationship with the shop.”

I called and they got me in immediately because I have a very small window of time while my older boys are at preschool. “I rarely submit reviews but had to this time. Being a lifelong car enthusiast, I am very fussy especially with regard to detail.
I have an old (1966) classic muscle car that I wanted to get as close to perfect as possible and trusted two previous high end shops to do some work. When they didn’t meet my expectations, a friend recommended D’Antonio’s. If I could use one word to describe this experience, WOW! First class, World class in every sense. Not only in state~of~the~art equipment but also in knowledge, skill, expertise and Tony & his Son couldn’t have been more friendly and responsive. Their workmanship far exceeded my expectations. They did some engine work and dressed up the interior with a few extras.
The entire team of professionals are very learned in all mechanical and electrical systems, new and old. It’s so refreshing to find a local family owned business who takes so much pride in their workmanship and over servicing their customers. D’Antonio’s has definitely secured me as another steady customer and would recommend their services to anyone in a heartbeat
Lastly, it’s just not my opinion but Tony and his team earned a weekly hour long TV broadcast Wednesday evenings at 10 o’clock on Motortrend called Last Chance Garage, each episode having a couple project cars they are working on. It’s very interesting, educational and entertaining.”
