For service, I brought my car in, and had to chase the service advisor daily for updates. Nearly a week later they had the "diagnoses" complete with a $3k price tag. I told them thanks but no thanks, and when the car was brought around "washed" it was worse than when it went in, almost as if someone just squirted a dirty car with water. Very poor experience.For sales, I asked to see a few cars from the website and was told they are at one of the other dealerships, so to see the car, I had to leave a $1k "refundable" deposit.Overall poor experience, and with all the Audi dealers around, there's no need to accept this level of service.

When it comes to sales and service this dealership is top notch. I have bought and serviced 2 cars there in the last 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else for either. 6 stars

AWFUL! I cannot express enough my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Audi of West Chester regarding my Audi Q7 I purchased there in January 2023. A few weeks after I bought the car the coolant light and oil light came on, despite the promise that the car was "fully serviced" at the time of purchase. The first week of Feb they told me to bring the car by to top off the coolant. I said the car was just serviced and it shouldn't need coolant, there is a problem. They topped off the coolant and sent me on my way. One week later the coolant light came on again and they told me to top it off. I had to expressed my frustration and told them there is something wrong with the car, I was ignored. They topped off the coolant again and sent me on my way. Finally I called, frustrated on February 22 and they booked me for an appointment for March 22 a month later! One month I could not drive the car as it was leaking coolant. I owned the car for a month and could not drive it for one month. The service employee accused me getting an oil change else and that was issue, which was not true, I did not get an oil change anywhere as I've only had the car a month. When I dropped it off for service I was a little early because I had a work meeting, despite there being 2 employees there they would not help me and instead of getting the courtney car I had to Uber home, luckily I have a 2nd car. I expressed my frustration. They said we would discuss everything when I picked car up, there was no discussion, they handed me my keys and piece of paper and sent me on my way. Not at all the quality of work or service I expected with an Audi. Going back to my Acura ASAP!

I am 72 years old women. I went to Audi dealership in West Chester. Mohammad took care of me not only in sales but explained very Patiently all aspects of owning E-Tron SEVERAL times. I recently ran over a rock and had a flat tire. Service department was fast and efficient . In fact Mohammad delivered my car and made sure my home charger was installed properly. I am confident owning EV because I know Mohammad is there when needed. I love my Audi Q4 e-tron! So quiet and luxurious. I strongly recommend installing home charger.

if I could give zero starts I would! Audi of west Chester has brought my car in 4 sep times for a starting issue and have yet to fix it. In the past year it has been there for at least 5 weeks. they told me it was two different issues and I had a lot of work done and the car still doesn't start. i finally decide to take my car to another Audi dealer and not west Chester. once I left a review on google I was contacted by the owner( or so it said the owner) with a fake 888 number that was an insurance promo for people over 65! smh not only bad service, but bad communication. I wasnt going to write this second review until I called the number and it was fake! this is unacceptable to me they. barge audi prices, but can't even fix their own cars!

Purchased a used 2018 A4 in October. The salesman Brandon was extremely patient, helpful, and kind through the entire process! He reached out within a week to see how I was enjoying the car. I informed him I had a small issue and he directly handled everything in detail with me. He promptly answered my emails and had the issue rectified in a day. Couldn't ask for more. Thanks again Brandon and WC Audi!

I purchased a used Audi last week, and up to the last step they were doing fine. Both the sales mgr (Steve) and sales rep (Chase) did a professional job of working with me to reach agreement on a fine machine. Once the deal was reached everything changed and I was turned over to the a-**** who was to take care of the paperwork. He wasted my time going over in detail each of their dozen or more prepaid maintenance / insurance options. I told him repeatedly that I was not interested, so he just ignored and droned on. At the end he insisted I initial a statement that I understood all of the scary risks I was assuming by not buying his overpriced rip offs. He justified the whole thing by claiming it was federal law (yeah, right). I was stuck there because he held the paperwork.At that point I realized that sitting in a fancy showman with expensive new cars doesn't make any different - they're just another sleazy used car lot trying to rip me off. At least those lots with trailer offices are honest about it, and probably cheaper.
