“We were in town for a memorial service, and needed an item bound and printed.The staff were very helpful and offered very useful suggestions.The store is well stocked with art supplies, clean and well-lit.Two visits were required, dropping off and then picking up the order. Both were mid-day. There were multiple customers both times and enough staff to minimize wait times.Thank you to the staff for being a bright spot in our visit.”

“This Joann is located in Ashbridge Square mall in Lancaster Ave Downingtown and near to hom2 depot, staples, etc. The store has shared parking and plenty. This location is huge and contains fabric, arts, and crafts that you might need for your variety of artwork and projects. I have used this place primarily for fabrics, and they have a huge collection, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable to select the right one for your project needs. They do run sales and coupons available, which is very valuable to bring the price down. Recently I shopped for some arts work and the collection is great too. The checkout lines are fine and overall a great shop to go for your arts and crafts projects.”

“The place is very inviting. The selection of items to paint are plentiful. My daughter loved this place for her play date. The staff are very helpful only when you asked for help. That is the reason for the 4 stars. They never provided info on how colors of items changes after baking or any instructions. Regardless this is a still a good place,”
