“I lived at Westgate Village Apartments for 3 years. Maintained nicely and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance comes quick and they’re friendly. The complex was close to work but also close to many other things like shoppes and restaurants. I recommend living at Westgate Village Apartments.”

“I lived here for about one year and I have mixed feelings about it.The best part is its location. It’s right beside 202 and close to everything you need. There’s even a butcher and a Walgreens within walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful and the management team hosts lovely activities frequently. Amenities are being renovated gradually.However, there are several things you have to keep in mind if you plan to live here.First, be sure to check every appliance once you move in. We had a completely broken and uncleaned dish washer when we moved in and it took like a month to get a new one installed. I can’t imagine how the move out inspection for the previous renter was done.Second, be prepared to live with wildlife. We noticed the bat guano on the balcony once we moved in last summer but no actions were able to be taken because bats are protected. We could only wait until the weather gets colder so the bats won’t come again. And the bats do come back this summer. Also, some swallows are nesting and breeding in the building hallway this year, which caused a huge mess on the floor. Again they’re protected animals so no actions could be taken.It was generally not too bad but I was annoyed by some missing details.”

“This review is specifically in regards to the staff, more so Kylie. Yes the whole team is phenomenal, but Kylie has consistently gone above and beyond her duties to ensure this place stays awesome. I cannot recommend anyone better for her role. I mean, someone get this woman a promotion!! She is genuinely sweet and consistently delivers, even at the busiest times. I am thankful for having her in the office and completely trust her to take care of my needs. 10/10!”

“I love living here so far. I do wish the building would do something about smokers, as my neighbors’ smoke gets in my apartment through the vents and smells terrible. I also wish the main office wouldn’t close earlier than its posted hours (happened to me twice). But overall, it’s nice here and I would recommend it.”

“I was going to rent here temporarily. I still might. The grounds need to be landscaped better the grass is terrible smh not sure what it is and if they are going to charge this much there needs to be a washer and dryer in every unit and those hallways need to be painted and cleaned up. It doesn’t take that much to do it. The office staff is incredibly nice and they communicate well. Most office people are rude but these people are great. I met the maintenance person he was helpful as well. Decent work out room and close to Malvern but I can’t pay $1900 and come home feeling like I don’t love everything about my surroundings. I will consider in the future!”
“By far one of the best and cleanest apartments complexes in Chester County. The management is absolutely on top of everything, if its broke it will be fix that day unless parts need ordering. I absolutely loved my time living at Strasburg Court. It was quite it was peaceful and most of all it was reasonable. I wish I could give more stars because this place truly makes you feel at home. If you are looking for a place to live this is definitely a great place. The management cares for the tenants like there family. And that to me is everything.”
