Terrible. I asked 5x if they do eyebrow threading here and they all said yes. Before I laid down on the chair I asked again, she said yes. Then proceeded to wax my eyebrows. Worst of all, they are now uneven and still extremely thick and not fixable. Thanks for nothing !

The first few times I went here the prices were really low and the nails looked great. Now the prices are the highest out of all the salons I go to and the nails are ok but not amazing. The good news is they have a huge amount of staff so there is never a long wait and you can almost always just walk in

I come here over and over and each time I'm disappointed. Have to say it's my last time. They have the weirdest most uncomfortable tv shows on. It makes everyone so silent and sit so awkwardly. I get a refill and pedicure about every 3 weeks but they usually only last 1.5-2 but can't afford to go so often. They also charge you different prices each time. The workers are also all so rude. Looks like I'm going back to American nails down the street!

The tech was very nice but i was unsatisfied. It was probably one of the most painful manicures/pedicures I received. instead of soaking the gel polish off my toes they attempted to scrape it off with cuticle trimmers. She ripped off half of one of my toenails that way. Not to mention I was left bleeding on multiple occasions during the visit from my cuticles from where I was stabbed with said implements. Not to mention this whole thing took an hour and a half which would have gone much shorter if they just soaked my nails.

Will never go back!!! I've been going to Annie nail Salon for over a year every 2 weeks and give Andy a $20.00 tip each time. The last time he gave me a fill and color change I did not like it at all. I asked him to please fix he waved me off said come back in 2 weeks. How's that for customers service? Used to love this place. Went yesterday after a long time away and it was AWFUL!!!! They asked me to pay first, then the manager was annoyed when I arrived because it was a holiday weekend and they wanted to close early. I should have left a then and there.They had already turned off the AC so it was hot as heck. The girl that did my pedicure used the pumice for 2 sec on each foot. When i asked her to remove my dry skin she was annoyed.The girl that did my nails did a horrible job!!! It was a gel manicure and my polish was bubbling. When I asked her about it she said it would go away in the UV dryer. Well it didnt!! And The color is uneven. They look awful!! They both seemed irritated and they we’re talking and laughing in their native tongue- felt like it was directed at me. NEVER AGAIN!!Services: Pedicure

First time visiting, I tried to get a gel manicure. Took about an hour to remove my old gel nails because my nail lady decided to do a pedicure after putting foil on my nails. Someone else came to try and remove the gel about 30 minutes later, scraping it off with his own fingernails and cuticle tools. Long story short once it was finally removed I payed $5 and left with damaged nails. Never again.Service: Gel manicures

My nails and cuticles were in rough shape. I was grumpy because they were not looking great.....but Annie's came through once again. They took their time and gave me a good manicure ~ not so easy on short nails. Word of advice: trust them and let them finish! The end result will be good.Service: Gel manicures

Racist!!!! Went to get a pedicure. I was not greeted properly, told to sit at a station where I watched multiple women, none of color be serviced before me. I wasn’t even mad aware of how long the wait would be. The workers tried not to be in eye contact with me the entire time. I watched other women look at me noticing I was being ignored. I will never step foot in this establishment again
