Just the worst. Avoid like the plague. Our plan was sold to Alarm Connections. We started having trouble with an electronic board in the system. I called and advised that we would be traveling in a few months and wanted the system serviced so it would be functioning while we were gone. I was told someone would be in contact. A subcontractor of a subcontractor called me more than a month later. I again expressed my concern of our travel and that the work would need to be completed within a month and a half. They tried mailing other cellular boosters (which didn’t address the issue). I didn’t get a call for a service tech to come out until we’ll after we were gone. We decided to go another route with our security system, so I sent an email requesting they cancel our plan. We had a bill from them for the upcoming year. I received a call advising that the cancellation wasn’t sent 30 days prior to the anniversary of the contact. The contract was automatically renewed and I would be responsible in full for the upcoming year’s payment (for a system that didn’t work, and we had replaced with better equipment). The customer service has been awful, the system failed, and we are expected to pay for yet another year. Happy to be finished with this company. I would give a zero star rating if that option was available.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!Call and the phone rings and rings! "IF" you are lucky enough to reach someone you either get HUNG UP ON or they take a message and you NEVER get called back! This company truly makes you feel like your livelihood if SAFE AND SECURE! Insert sarcasm here! #SMH

These reviews are cooked! Notice all employee and associate reviews are good and all customer reviews are horrible.They dropped my connectivity for 7 months without telling me (in spite of a weekly test requirement in the contract) and I only discovered it when I came home to nearly frozen pipes. They have ignored requests for a refund for that period and for the automatic renewal that occurred while I was unwittingly disconnected. I have phoned and emailed many times and they just promise someone else will "reach out to me." Negative stars would be appropriate.

Terrible company. Had no problems with them for years. When we finally had a break in at our business the alarm didn't go off and the thieves were able to steal a lot of product. Company refuses to take any responsibility and keeps putting blame on us. Saying that insurance should cover the damages and that they wouldn't. If that was the case then what the point of paying for an alarm service? I could just not have costs for an alarm service that doesn't work and just have to work with the insurance. Awful company that has zero customer service. They said they would get back to me and never did. Took me a whole week of calling them everyday to get some sort of answer. Stay away from this company if you want your business to be protected.

We had this alarm company for five years. We had originally intended to get an alarm system through another company. Everything was good until about year 3-4 when we started having issues with the panel. Trying to get in contact with someone was the worst experience. I called about 5 different phone number and spoke to two different companies until I was able to talk to someone about the problem I was having. They took my info down and said someone would be out. No one ever showed up and I never received a call back. I took my business elsewhere and sent in my cancellation notice. I received a past due notice even though I had given them my cancellation notice well in advance. Luckily I kept the email. Now instead of calling five different numbers and speaking to several people I can call one and speak to someone directly thanks to the other company I chose.

They are a great and integral partner to a beautiful partnership - where I work for one of their partner providers in Naples, FL - All In One Technology, Inc.They are an attentive, intuitive and professional company that has had some bumps on the road in the past - but seemingly adapts and realigns after learning from their potential prior mistake(s).

Our business is waiting since June 2022 to have an upgrade on the equipment, service reps simply don’t know meaning of follow up , unless customer calls them every day ,they keep sending you from one person to another person ( so you can repeat yourself 100+times and no one knows anything); they sub tech service to 3rd party vendor, which is no better (LifeSafety )- awful company to deal with .

BEWARE!!!If I could leave negative stars I would. Worst customer service ever. I'd only been a customer of 10-15 years. Experienced abusive/angry agent. Requests some credit for 1-2 years of non-monitoring. They don't care, they don't follow up. I wish our local alarm company had never outsourced. We are now closing all our residential and commercial accounts managed by this operation. Undoubtedly the worst customer experience we've had in years, across all products & services. BEWARE.

I have been canceling my account since January on a house I moved out of in October. I have email documenting their closing procedures that I completed months ago and emails trying to contact their customer service. They continued to charge my account until I had to put a stop payment on them through the bank. They are now threatening collection. They have been difficult and terrible to work with. I will never use them again.

If you have an alarm system that uses this company, go with someone else. Over a span of 12-18 months I had multiple recurring problems with my system. Every time I called I got people who talked a big game, but never followed through. Worst customer service ever. Switched to a major competitor and it's night and difference.

Do not use this company! They used to be called integrated excellence and now it’s called alarm connections. I have had a problem with my alarm system since November and have talked to no less than 20 people and a repair or service call is still not scheduled. This company is a mess. They contract out their service and repair and have no control over whether the customers get support. Please use another security or alarm system company!
