Horrible place!! Antagonistic and rude man behind the counter claimed my box would not be accepted by FedEx. I thought he was a FedEx employee. Turns out it’s just a drop center, so he pushed a $7 box that I didn’t need to buy for his own personal profit! When I asked for a receipt and his name, he refused to tell me what his name was! He screamed and used expletives! Cowardly manner in which to treat customers! I reported it to corporate! Never going back there! Could NOT pay me enough!

I had an amazon return via UPS. Guy behind the counter said he couldn't do it because their QR scanner broke months ago and they event gotten a new one. Took my business elsewhere and was very happy. Maybe u should too.Poor way to run a business

The only place I will use for our businesses (and personal) shipping needs. I don't know a harder worker then Joe (owner the center) he always makes sure everything is taken care of so effectinetly, we can not thank him enough!

Mail Center is the place to go for personal service that is professional and exacting. I’ve used this Mail Center for International business, notarizing important family papers, and returning packages. It’s the only place I trust for my mailing needs.

The man working was so rude to me I actually almost cried. I sent my family a package of food and wine and it wasn't delivered. FedEx told me I was the only person who could pick it up. I drove more than an hour to pick it up and he refused to give it to me. It wasn't just that he wouldn't give it to me it was also his tone and how blatantly rude he was. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
