John was so helpful from the moment I walked in. He made the process of renting a car clear and fast. The car I rented was clean and in excellent condition. Very thankful for this place in West Chester. This place will definitely be my to go place for renting a vehicle.

I am pleased to share my positive experience with JL Smith. I recently purchased a pre-owned Nissan Pathfinder from their dealership. During the warranty period provided by the dealer, I encountered a few issues with the vehicle. I returned to JL Smith, and they promptly provided me with a replacement vehicle while my Pathfinder was being serviced. The repairs exceeded the warranty coverage, but JL Smith went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was restored to optimal condition. I am highly satisfied with the outcome and the exceptional customer service provided by JL Smith.

Great place for affordable rentals, however we were told $40 a day for an economy vehicle but were charged $60. Not very good business practice. Next time I'm getting it in writing and double checking final bill.

These gentlemen were very friendly, conversational, and professional. They accepted my debt card for the rental payment which was nice and easier on me since bigger rental corporate companies do not accept debit cards but only credit cards. The rental car was spotless and ran very well. When I did have concerns and questions, they were able to clear them up efficiently. No complaints here, just happy I found this spot. 5 star service for sure!

I don't have the best credit so I honestly wasn't very hopeful I would be approved but here I am driving around in my “new to me†2010 Ford Fusion. I had the best experience dealing with both Johns. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family, and be back when it's time for a new car. Thanks again guys!

Comically bad website. You can't browse vehicles and availability without first filling in your email and phone number. Additionally, when I tried to enter a date, I kept getting an error that the format was incorrect, even though there was no calendar dropdown or date format instructions. Tried to enter the date several ways - none of them worked. I just gave up. Many high schoolers could create a better website experience.
