“Today was only my second time visiting this location. I had an excellent experience. I had a coupon with me that would not work because I did not have my rewards card. Kacie and Barb the manager were so very patient and kind. They took the time to figure it out. I am so grateful for their help. It is very clear that Barb sets a high standard for customer satisfaction in that location. It is also very clear that while Kacie is a newer employee, she has very quickly adapted to the excellence in standards set by Barb. Casey showed great humility that not many young women her age have today. Barb taught her today just how important customer satisfaction is and it was just wonderful to see.
