Complete ripoff the workers always have attitude and really don't know what they're doing. Completely overcharged for simple repair because the mechanics are incompetent so labor hours were very high for simple repair. Go to different shop for bike work. Shame on the workers they cuss at their customers too, seen it first hand. Fitfo

This place is as most people say, overpriced, rude, late, and basically not very nice. They wanted to charge me over 600 bucks to "tune up" my Honda 50 mini trail. The little bike is barely worth that.... They were rude and it took them 2 weeks, after my wife called, to get the bike after a 122 dollar inspection fee. Don't go there unless you like wasting money!

This is the way a motorcycle shop should be run. Walked in, was greeted with, "Do you need any help? If you do, just ask." I did have an agenda, serious looking at new bike, but looked around first at all the helmets and other gear. Was taken back to where cycles are and introduced to Alex, who've I've been emailing with. Great young man who seems to really enjoy his job. Talked about my options, wasn't disappointed outwardly when I said I wasn't quite sure, then roamed the merch again. I did go back and reserve a new bike, now just have to patiently wait. Again, was great walking into this place, first time, and everyone who acknowledged us, was extremely pleasant. Great place, wish the Kawasaki dealers near me were anywhere close to the friendliness and helpfulness you all were. Thank you

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Maybe they're a good place to buy or sell bikes but their service is horrible. When I inquired about the total charged for some repair work that was $500 more than originally quoted they told me it took 9 hours and that's the cost. Not one attempt at making good on their quote or estimate vs the final tab that was almost as much as I paid for the 450. I was told that I needed to leave the shop so they basically threw me out.

After having a poor experience at another Polaris dealer, I tried Cycle Max. After one 5 minute phone call with salesman Tyler, all the past wrongs had been corrected. He went out of his way to make purchasing a vehicle as simple and as quick as possible. Tyler was friendly, honest, and extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. When picking up the vehicle, it was approaching closing time. Nevertheless everyone we encountered was welcoming and thorough. Owning and operating an ATV is a completely new experience for us; including towing, tie-downs, maintenance etc, as evidenced by us fumbling with loading and securing the ATV. Staff Ritchie came over and instructed us on the proper way to secure a vehicle. Despite it being cold, dark and closing time, he was exceedingly considerate and patient. He was a life saver. Cycle Max is a top tier retailer with exceptional staff members and incomparable customer service, consider us customers for life. Thank you for a perfect experience.

They get all my parts to my dirtbike and I get my 2 stroke from there I get my gear and gas tanks. They have really good dirtbike gear

Bought three motorcycles from Cycle max! Two from Brian! Great dealer. Friendly staff. They are very patient but not pushy. They let you do your thing and occasionally check on you for help. This is my favorite dealership ever! Ordering parts has always been a breeze too. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Had a great experience picking up a new 2021 Yamaha Raptor 700 yesterday. After searching for the right ATV for over a 2 months, MANY of the local dealers around me had the same one in stock, however NONE were responsive to any of my questions or inquiries and had the “We don’t care if you buy it or not attitude”. The type of dealerships who will sell you something only to ghost you afterward. NOT CycleMax, they are there for you before, during and after the purchase. The team here at CycleMax, was very polite, welcoming, professional, and most importantly responsive. They took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me with the entire purchasing process. This is why I had no problem traveling over an hour and a half to work with them. Brian Patterson, was amazing to work with and helped us with acquiring the ATV. The parts guys were also very helpful in helping us select the right riding gear. All in All, very positive experience. They’ve gained a customer for life, and will be purchasing from them again as I will be buying an ATV for my wife as well in the near future.

Worst customer ever was told what I ordered was genuine parts. I asked to talk to a manager when I spoke with her she said if I want my money back I’d have to bring the quad and they would have have to make sure they didn’t order the wrong part that definitely doesn’t say Yamaha on it although in a Yamaha box. I informed the general man that after buying bike, quads and side by sides from them loyally for over 25 years that I wouldn’t be a return customer to which she stated we don’t need your money!

I found this scooter (2010 honda Elite Nhx 110 Red) for sale by Cyclemax on cycletrader. It was advertised as $1,599. So when I called Cyclemax to inquire about the scooter, Brian told me the scooter is on consignment and I made an offer of $1,400. Brian told me that he'll call the owner and get back to me. They called me the day before Christmas to tell me that the owner accepted my offer. So I called them Tuesday morning since they were closed the following 4 days for xmas. They sent me a link by texted to send my deposit . 4 hours later Brian called me to tell me that they took a deposit from another candidate because the manager wanted to sell the scooter locally. I was like "huh" meaning Cyclemax is located in Pennsylvania and I'm from Long Island New York. I told them that they're being prejudiced because I'm from out of state. And the other candidate was paying full price. Whatever happened to first come first serve and reaching out to me saying down I need that deposit before the sub can they come through which I was going to send to them midday because I wasn't able to submit my deposit with them until my lunch break at work. So I called back to speak to the manager when the guy Brian I was talking to was the manager all along and they lied to me. That's very shady, unprofessional and a waste of time. This to me is bad business practice. I had to cancel my Rent-A-Car pickup truck reservation because I told them that I was coming for it I guaranteed it and they couldn't wait 2 hours for me to submit the deposit when I told him I was. Put it this way I'm a very generous person and I would have gave them a bigger tip then they would have made on commission for this . Cycle Max gets a f-. And my fiance was heartbroken because we wanted to buy a matching scooter so we could ride together because I I bought an identical Honda nhx scooter one month prior. So F/U Cyclemax for poor customer service, poor business ethics, and lying.

Just purchased my first side-by-side from Brian at cycle max My personal experience was absolutely amazing I told Brian I was a first time rider and he went over every single inch of the side-by-side that I purchased the sale was easy and friendly as it should be I would recommend anybody to go purchase from Cycle Max again thank you very much Brian for your expertise
