A few months ago, I reached out to Riskfree Tax for audit assistance. It was a strange situation, involving user and organizational errors regarding retirement funding, resulting in a large payment request from the IRS. I was able to meet with Rob from Riskfree in just a day to discuss details and we identified the issue and called relevant stakeholders during the same meeting to clarify the issue. Riskfree Tax was extremely professional: handling the investigation, documentation, and communication of the audit with the IRS. While that audit is still ongoing, Riskfree Tax has continued to provide swift assistance to ensure the best outcome. Quick communication and extremely kind and knowledgable.
