Our facility has used Tredd's software and their maintenance program for over 12 years and have never been dissatisfied. When ever we needed to add a building or have a problem, they are always there for us. They keep it simple, but yet provide all the tools we need to operate efficiently.

Awesome program for keeping track of clients, payments and letters sent. Simple design for anyone to navigate. Program is easy to understand and use. The cost is extremelly reasonable with todays market, actually much cheaper than most other programs. Friendly and knowledgable customer support.

My computer got a virus and I had to reinstall windows. They wanted to charge me 150$ for a new key for the software I already paid 500$ for because their keys are one time use. I spoke with management to explain the situation and they didn't even let me finish explaining they just tried selling me a 300$ a year support plan I don't need. Rude customer service Avoid like the plague find another company for your software

So we have been using Tredd's for over 10 years. It is a great software package for the money. Very stable, can't remember it ever crashing. Would I recommend it? Yes definitely.
