It's the worst place to get gas. I was in a motorhome and pulled up behind a mini van with no one in it. Generally, you need to wait a few minutes, and the person comes out, not this time 20 minutes. I'm towing a jeep, so backing up wasn't an option. My wife went in to ask if they would page the owner and was told to use another pump because they can't page anyone. Just that they were so rude and unwilling to help. The family came out and were completely oblivious to the situation. It's just insane. Oh, and half of the pumps were out of service.

2 stars for the lack of things. Stopped for coffee n some food. No coffee at all except in the fridge area. Asked if coffee was going to be made was told the Dunkin was open. After getting coffee from Dunkin came back to get my other things there was 2 young ladies and just acting imature some of the things coming out of their mouths. Just there for a paycheck.

It's funny how most of you are upset at the service. I get it.Now... imagine being a trucker away from your family and have to deal with this across the entire country. It's what we do day in, day out.'Don't like your job, get different job.'Someone has to do it.No... I actually love my job. I take pride in my work and enjoy delivering products to your families. Unlike others that do not take pride.It'll never change. It's about management.That being said. I stay here alot. I either pack a lunch in my fridge. Or... sad to say... I'll jus grab a "packaged" sandwich at 7-11.Also... 7-11 employees are USUALLY more pleasant than the food court workers.Which... I understand. A 2 star is better... but I would give them a SOLID 3.5-4

Horrible service and always a hidden catch. Purchased DEF as a general customer not associated to any trucking company. Asked for $10 in DEF in the truck lane since the main pumps doesn’t have DEF pumps. Because I’m not a truck driver, they had to charge me an additional $5 to my card, which they said will be “refunded”. So if I wanted $10 in DEF, they had to charge me a total of $15 because I’m not a truck driver. Not just tractor trailer drivers drive Diesel vehicles!

Terrible service ! No no nooo why your system don’t let truckers pay at The pumps?Could you imagine in freezing day going back and forth for the debit card.Also you guys never have nice people in the always bad educated people.

They have a diesel pump with DEF for semis but it doesn't work, and they don't sell any DEF inside. This is a truck stop! They should have it and if they ha e a pump they should make sure it works.

At this time they were not serving food in the place, so it was a bit messy
