Their services are great.I don't know the lady's name ,but she is very kind and professional.Last time I needed to mail my documents and a return envelope so I could receive my passport as soon as possible.She helped me and remind me the tracking numbers ,told me the details patiently.I appreciate her help and I had received my documents successfully.There is another young girl who is working there.she is friendly and patient too.I like this USPS location,the parking lot is wide and clean,it's a very quiet place in our community and the store is tidy and clean,bright and their service is great.

When you call, don't expect anyone to answer the phone. I've been calling for days trying to get someone to help me understand why the mail carrier has skipped several of our houses for days now. We are now going on four days of not getting any mail, and I have the informed delivery emails showing what was supposed to be delivered each of those days. If you go to the post office and deal with the man with the ponytail, be prepared to leave, wishing never to go back. He's one of the grumpiest people I've ever encountered. I'm incredibly frustrated with the services from this post office.

Been trying all day to get ahold of them. No one answers the phone! Someone lost my tax check n its costing me dearly in wasted time trying to figure out where it is!!!! Its their job to deliver mail, that is what they are paid to do!!!!!!

The guy behind the counter loves to complain about how heavy the packages you're shipping are, then proceeds to ask 32 questions about what you're shipping, not for the post office to know, but because he's nosy. If this guy would retire already and a competent employee took his place, this place wouldn't be so bad

This is actually Shellie Noll the wife of Earl Noll. Beth from the Wernersville Post Office went the extra mile for me today and located a package from my son that has been in Philadelphia since December 19. The package was sent from Coral Springs, Florida on December 14th or so after he waited in line for one hour at the P.O. there.This package is for both Xmas and my birthday which is December 31. My son is a first responder with the Broward County Sheriff's Department and works long hours. The lovely Miss Beth from the Wernersville P. O. finally got the package moving, so hopefully I will get it in a few days. Beth is an outstanding Postal Worker and I wish her a very Happy New Year too. I also have a fondness for my mailman Joe and my friend Kimmie who is another Postal Worker in Wernersville. God Bless the USPS of Wernersville Pa. Happy New Year to Wernersville USPS.

I live less than an hour away from the store where I made a purchase from. It has now taken over a week for the USPS to even acknowledge that they picked it up from the store. Now it's made it's way to a distribution center that's almost an hour from the store IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!!!

Whoever delivers the mail is too lazy to bother to look for packages in his vehicle and marks it as “Undeliverable” and when you call the store they say they can’t tell the drivers what to do and they apparently can’t contact them until they get back to the store either. Ridiculous.
